There were only two guards who showed up on time. The other two came about 30-45 minutes later. Additionally, some of the guards were not guarding their positions right. They would leave their positions (which would let unwanted people through) and were not taking their jobs too seriously. If we decide to book you guys again, we'd like a discounted price rate.

Once the guard was on-site he was fine, but not only did he not come 15 min early like we were told he would, he came 20 minutes after the event started which delayed things even more.

We had Lion Shield out for security at a large barn dance with a bar and live music. They made us feel very at ease - they helped to check ID's at the front entrance, kept watch on our tills and even helped many of our older guests up and down the stairs. They certainly went above and beyond. We will have them back!

Galen was super responsive, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process of us planning our formal. Despite the chaos and madness, all guards remained on top of it and were proactive about helping us make sure things were being run smoothly and rules were being followed for our event. Their rate was extremely reasonable as well, and they responded super quickly. Looking forward to working with you guys in the future!
