Lisa uses a combination of theory and practices from the Project Management Institute, Six Sigma, Scrum, EQi, and Appreciative Inquiry. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and PMP. Author of the soon-to-be-released book, Sparking Your Business, 9 Steps of Gratitude, Lisa is the founder and creator of GRATITUDE, a proprietary program and catalyst for personal change.
Lisa is a member of the National Speaking Association, Co-Founder of Cardinal Opportunities, and Founder of the Sussex County Chapter of Cocktails Curing Cancer. Lisa sits on the International Governing Board for Delta Phi Epsilon as International President and the Board of Ambassadors for the Beebe Foundation. Lisa serves as the National Legacy Leader for Polka Dot Powerhouse. She earned a B.A. from Temple University and is a 2011 graduate of the Excellence in Executive Leadership program and a 2009 graduate of Leadership Champlain in Burlington.
Lisa enjoys performing on stage, most recently with the Delmarva Improv Group. Lisa is also a published poet and artist, however, her proudest accomplishment is her marriage to Nate and being a mommy to her fur babies Jack, Simon, and Dexter.
