The session structure and purpose remain the same regardless of session time and focus area. My purpose is to serve as a bridge for Seekers who wish to connect to the unseen realms and unlock their gifts that enable clear vision of Truth. My actions, words, and intentions support the vitality and empowerment of others.

All sessions are structured in three parts:
RELEASE ~ At the beginning of each session you will have space to share what is present for you and what is creating stress for you.
CONNECT ~ After the energy is clear, we will enter a sacred space together through breath and intention. We will co-create the objective for the session. I will connect to your energy with prayer and the recitation of your name three times. This allows me to connect to your etheric body, open the akashic records and quantum fields, and engage with Spirit.
EMBOLDEN ~ The remaining time will be spent on your objective for the session. I will hold space, ask questions, and share insight to support you in the creation of your own life.
