Without giving her age away, "several" years ago, Lisa Presnell, Professional Wedding Planner and owner of Lisa Presnell Productions, coordinated her first wedding for a friend who planned to get married on her mother’s lawn.

Little did she know that just a few years later, she would leave her post as the Food and Beverage Training Manager at Amelia Island Plantation to assist in the execution of a wedding due to a colleagues family emergency, sparking a passion for designing beautiful and unique events. Since 1999, Lisa has planned and executed over 800 events and destination weddings that have taken place on sandy beaches, backyards, in barns, mansions, at zoos, exotic wildlife conservations, in gardens, courtyards, ballrooms, on roof-tops, and even aboard boats.

Prior to opening Lisa Presnell Productions, she organized Amelia Island weddings and social events for the prestigious resort, Amelia Island Plantation in addition to a private country club, the Golf Club of Amelia Island. Lisa also planned and managed conferences as an event planner assisting on high profile events such as Bausch & Lomb Tennis Tournament and Concours D’ Elegance.

In 2010, Lisa began Coastal Engagements, a side business as a wedding coordinator. She became highly regarded and quickly known locally, as the Fernandina Beach Wedding Planner or the Amelia Island wedding planner.

After leaving the “corporate world” and venturing into the "business owner world" in 2012. She recently changed the name of her company to encompass the variety of services that she offers. She is more than a wedding planner, she is a party planner, proposal planner, a seasoned meeting planner, experienced destination manager..... an all around expert event planner of all types.

For the past FIVE consecutive years, Lisa Presnell Productions has been named one of the top wedding & event planning companies in Amelia Island in the WeddingWire network. Lisa is Professionally Trained by the Association of Certified Professional Wedding Consultants and offers over 18 years experience in the wedding and event planning industry.

When not immersed in the world of event planning projects, Lisa enjoys broadening her skills by continuing her education online, manages her own website design and social media and marketing campaigns. She is the mom of an amazing young man and two fur babies including a mischievous calico cat and ridiculously adorable long hair chihuahua. Lisa loves to cook, and although she doesn’t get to do it often enough, she enjoys camping and traveling. She likes tacos and margaritas, hanging out with friends & family and Lisa is a social butterfly who can most likely tell you the local calendar of events at any given time.

Lisa is happiest when she is working to create memories for others. It's her passion to bring a vision to life and family & friends together. From the most intimate elopement to the grandest affair, Lisa treats every event with the same devotion and she puts her heart into everything she touches.
