Lisa Tahara

Lisa Tahara is a Japanese-Canadian pianist residing in Toronto, Ontario who has played for several hundred events in the GTA including weddings, church services, choirs, conference receptions and more. She has appeared on a number of albums and has over 4 million views on her YouTube channel (@lisatahara). As a classical musician, she has appeared in solo and chamber concerts throughout Canada, the United States, Mexico and Europe. Lisa has also performed as a soloist with several orchestras across Canada and Europe such as the Danube Symphony Orchestra, the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, and the Orchestre Symphonique de Québec. Currently on faculty at the University of Toronto, she enjoys teaching and collaborating with other instrumentalists.
