Little Light Princess Company

We had "Elsa and Anna" for our 5-year old birthday party this past weekend. I will summarize as follows:

What I liked:
1. Reasonable price for two princesses.
2. Beautiful and authentic "Elsa" and "Anna".
3. Both are wonderful singers.
4. Worked hard to entertain the kids.

What I think need improvement on:
1. One of the reasons I chose this company was because they had the most strict COVID policies/protocols including employees taking COVID tests regularly, wearing masks themselves at all time even in an outdoor setting and requesting all guests wear masks especially the kids who will be around the characters closely (still contactless). However, it's very hard for the guests to hear the characters speak or sing when they have masks on. The speakers they brought was in poor quality. It doesn't amplify their voices. The speaker was in and out, in and out the whole time. Finally they had to give up the speaker totally. With the distance they were from the kids and the guests in an outdoor setting, I think they could have taken the masks off safely being their volume was low and the speaker did not work.
2. I love their singing, but I felt too much talking will not keep the kids concentrated for too long. A little more interactive games or tricks may keep the guests focused. I think it's worth for them to invest on more gadgets or tools that amaze kids.
3. Before the event, I asked if they could take a photo with the kids with masks off and was told they could only take a social distanced picture which I am ok with it. However, in the end, they took all the pictures with masks on. It's a pity because that's a part of what I was paying for. I wanted a picture that can help refresh our memories in the future about two beautiful princesses where we could see clearly a good version of "Elsa" and "Anna", not a masked-on "someone". Their faces are what represent them as the characters.
