Lively Libations

The wait staff did an amazing job cleaning up and setting up for my wedding. However, the bartenders had difficulty sticking to the correct amounts for the ingredients in our drinks. The guests noticed differences in the taste of their drinks. They also did not see the extra glassware that was near them and instead poured in plastic for the later portion of the night. They were good at paying attention to the bride and groom to fill their drinks and were fast with the bartending. Jill was very nice but the other bartender seemed to be a little grumpy and was noticable to our guests. They did go out of the way to pick us up ice before hand for our wedding and I am appreciative of that. I think if we would have hired an extra bartender it may have helped them pick up on details better.

I could not have done the event without Lively Libations. We had a clambake at our house, and there were so many moving pieces to the event our hired waitstaff was instrumental in keeping it flowing. Also cleanup was a breeze because of their hard work. I will not host a big party without their help going forward.

The girls that came to help us were great! They works behind the scenes, knowing what to do with very little instruction!

They were punctual, very presentable appearance, professional and courteous. I received absolutely no complain from a guest of over three hundred and fifty people. Some of the guests already asked about the process on contacting the group. I was personally impressed and I will definitely recommend them to my friend for future occasions.

Lively Libations was just what our party needed. They were prompt, professional, friendly and efficient. At the last minute I asked Felicia and Rebecca if they could stay longer and they did! I was actually able to enjoy myself and relax. Their attention to detail coupled with their amiable personalities was the finishing touch on our granddaughters’ special day! I will definitely be scheduling them for all of my events.

Our event only required one staff member to serve as a door-man/coat check. We had Joel help us out and could not have been happier. In addition to his duties Joel was friendly throughout the night and did them with a smile. He arrived early and even helped with the last few parts of our party set up. Thank you guys!

Lively Libations made our Thanksgiving dinner for 23 so easy. As soon as they arrived we know we were in good hands. They took over the bar and kitchen. They did a wonderful job of plating the food, and made sure my guest glasses were never empty. Very friendly staff. Would definitely use them again.

This was the first time I ever hired someone for help with a party. Wasn't sure what to expect or even how to find someone. Someone recommended GIGSalad and I was pleasantly surprised. I had a check list of items I wanted help with and when Jill with Lively Libations contacted me she had a detailed list of services and items they could help with. It was very professional and so well detailed, my husband and I were impressed. Jill responded quickly with followup questions. A follow up text message and phone call were also made by Jill. She wanted to make sure we knew the process and what to expect. Very impressed. Took out any guess work. I was given the name and contact of the person who was to arrive, Amanda. Amanda contacted us shortly before she arrived just to give us a heads up, very nice. She was awesome. She even brought limes in case we needed them for our cocktail that we were serving. Amanda was a big help, kept things tidy, helped with any preparation I needed and took it upon her self to do extra. I forgot to tell her where the garbage cans were outside, she figured it out. I also didn't have an ingredient (Worcestershire sauce) to complete a sauce and she looked it up on the internet and made it from scratch. Impressive!!! Amanda was so very very helpful. My guest commented on how helpful she was. My friends have inquired and I have passed on Lively Libations to them as well. Definitely will use them again.

Jill and her team did a fantastic job caring for 80+ guests at our Holiday party last Saturday. Every member of her team was great -- bartender, servers, food prep, and clean up. Each and every one was brimming with energy and personality, anticipating every need. We were able to enjoy the party and mingle with our guests all evening without having to break away to supervise the kitchen. Once her team was oriented and knew what we wanted from them for the evening, she took control and made our evening a joy. Thanks again, Jill -- you were amazing!

Liz and her team were a real asset to our event. We had a backyard wedding for 60 family and friends in Santa Cruz area. They arrived promptly, took directions well and cleaned up so that we could enjoy our guests. I am a caterer myself so I know the value of competent hospitality staff and Lively Libations definitely are. I would highly recommend them for any type of event. I live in Florida and wasn't sure how to go about hiring staff locally but GigSalad was a great vehicle for me to do that! I would absolutely use them again. Thank you!

Jill and her partner were great to work with. Tell them what you want and they will provide. They handle our 200 thirsty guest like a walk in the park. They provide extra things like straws and garish and can work with anything. Highly recommended and will use their service again.

Kevin and Larry arrived promptly, set up the bar, and very professionally served a thirsty crowd. They were courteous, helpful and self-sufficient.

Jill was excellent! I have never been so relaxed and supported during my own party. She was everywhere, but not intrusive. She even did all the dishes and somehow knew exactly where to put them away! Several people asked for her contact details.
