I teach individuals how to learn to own their story, find their voice, and use it to help end the stigma on mental health. Often times we get caught up on how we should be versus how we are as individuals, whether in the workplace or after a major transition in life. An Army Retired Veteran, I know how it feels to lose my identity. I now have the tools to learn how to own my story and share it in order to help people find hope.

I will provide tips and resources on how I have survived my childhood trauma, a military career, raising 2 kids while serving and being a dual military spouse.
Transitioning from a military career into an Entrepreneur has come with lots of heartache and pain but in the end it was exactly what was needed to get to where I am today.

Annette is an Army Retired combat veteran, mother of to two young adult children, 5 dogs and a military spouse of over 24 years.
She is the founder of a mental health space community called A Wild Ride Called LIfe, LLC, host of The Truths We Hide Podcast, Author of The Wall Between Two Lives and currently studying to be an Independent Music Artist.
Annettes uses her voice to share her story about she has overcome trauma and decades of living in silence hiding from her past. She is an international motivational speaker who provides Hope to others to find purpose and peace.
