As a speaker and mental health advocate, I believe in showing up as our true and authentic selves. We are all on our own journey and are made for more than we think.
I will provide tips and resources on how I have survived my childhood trauma, a military career, raising 2 kids while serving and being a dual military spouse.
Transitioning from a military career into an Entrepreneur has come with lots of heartache and pain but in the end it was exactly what was needed to get to where I am today.

After dedicating more than 17 years to Active Duty Service in the U.S. Army, Annette has transitioned into entrepreneurship. She is the founder of A Wild Ride Called Life T™ , a platform where she not only shares her own
mental health journey but also creates opportunities for others to share theirs. Annette's endeavors include entrepreneurship, public speaking, podcasting, mentoring, writing her debut book, and venturing into music production. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Master's Degree in Environmental Management, and a Certificate in Songwriting and Music Production.

3. Sound:
• Quality sound system with microphones (wireless preferred) for speaking or performances.
• Monitors and speakers to ensure clarity for the audience.
• A sound technician available on-site, if possible, to manage adjustments during the event.

• Power outlets near the stage for any equipment.
• If outdoors, coverage for weather protection (e.g., tent, awning).
