Long Island Rhythm Experience

“Long Island Rhythm Experience (LIRX, pronounced 'lyrics') is a dynamic collective of musicians from across Long Island, N.Y. Each band member is a veteran of the Long Island music scene, and has joined together to provide something fresher than your typical cover band. Their musical approach stems from recreating famous arrangements and viral videos by bands such as Scary Pockets, Pomplamoose, and Post Modern Juke Box to fit their six-piece ensemble. LIRX creatively bends styles and reimagines pop hits' and showcases how nostalgic music and well-versed musicianship can offer A NEW LIVE EXPERIENCE for the millennials of Long Island N.Y.

For a optimal performance, LIRX requires
* A minimum for two circuits running 20 amps or more.
* Access to event space 60 - 90 minutes prior to performance time for load-in and sound check.
* A stage or even platform (minimum 12 ft x 12 ft) for performers.
* Available water/food during performances and during 15 minute breaks

LIRX also provides general stage lighting during performances.
