Step 1: Initial Contact
Upon contacting Loud Mouth DJ Services via our website or by phone we will schedule a call to go over your event and answer an questions you may have. This is an opportunity to share your vision, and to learn about the many Entertainment options available to you. Additionally, the initial consultation is a great way to learn about our passion, talent, ability, and how Loud Mouth DJ's will design our services around your style, taste, and budget.
Note: If you are not ready to sign a contract on the spot, you will have up to 2 weeks to decide if you'd like to book Loud Mouth DJ's for your event.

Step 2: Decision time
At the end of the two week holding period, a decision will be required. To secure your date, a signed contract and a $50-$100 (Deposit amount based on event type) non-refundable deposit is required. All major credit cards are accepted as well as checks or cash. Contracts will be emailed to you for digital signature along with access to our online planning system.

Step 3: Planning phase
During the planning phase, clients are encouraged to take advantage of the online planning tools. There you can view or make changes to your event timeline, and create a music playlist.

Step 4: Event review
Approximately 1-2 weeks before the event, it is time for the final review. At this point your DJ/MC will go over all of the details regarding the event with you via email, or a phone call. All Timeline Information, Music selections, and finalization's will all be addressed at this time.

Step 5: Game day
By this point of the process, you should feel relieved and excited. All of the planning has been completed and we will ensure each and every request or requirement is materialized at your celebration to perfection. Now it is time to enjoy the celebration and be a guest at your own event, knowing Loud Mouth DJ Services has you covered for all entertainment items.

Loud Mouth DJ Services would appreciate all events providing a secure and sturdy 6 foot table and a 120-volt outlet (3 prong grounded with at least 15 amps available) from a reliable power source within 25 feet of the setup area; providing a facility that completely covers and protects Loud Mouth DJ Services equipment from adverse weather conditions (i.e., direct sunlight, rain, excessive winds) ; providing crowd control if warranted; and furnishing directions to place of event and free parking. Purchaser accepts full responsibility and is liable for any damages, injuries or delays that occur as a result of failure to comply with this provision and holds Loud Mouth DJ Services completely not responsible.
