Lucas Kade - Professional Belly Dancer

The party hiring Lucas Kade (ARTIST), hereby referred to as SPONSOR, is subject to the following agreement by hiring ARTIST:

SPONSOR agrees to provide all preferred lighting and sound equipment. ARTIST will provide their own music and props unless otherwise requested.

SPONSOR agrees that this performance is for a co-ed event, and there is no expectation for any services, personal or professional, not hereby stipulated above. This also includes an environment that is free of harassment of a sexual nature or otherwise. If the performer deems the environment unsafe for the above reasons, they may leave without rendering services. In that case, SPONSOR will still be responsible for paying the full amount. SPONSOR agrees that ARTIST may bring one person to accompany them to the event for safety purposes.

WAIVER: SPONSOR agrees to waive any & all claims of damages against ARTIST due to injury, death, or loss of property.
