The content of each presentation is catagorized in three areas bahavior Modification, Character Education and Physical & Sexual Health. Activities are hands on and will elave each participant feeling more knowledgable about them selves and their surroundings. These excercises/activities are evidence based and geared toward pre teen to teen to young adult females.
