Lyrikile Trife was born Blair Holmes on February 20th, 1999 in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada He grew up half his life in the east side of St Catharines as a kid and the other half of his life he grew up in the north side of St Catharines as a teenager in school he got bullied heavily for his disability and condition, he got into rapping at age 13 after he had been given a bunch of CD’s from his dad where he first heard his biggest influence that got him into writing rap lyrics and making music which was Nas and his first album (Illmatic) Him and his dad would drive and chill while listening to music in the car later on Lyrikile would venture out and discover most of his own music and become influenced by rappers such as AZ, Big L, The Notorious B.I.G., Common, Ras Kass and many more which would make him into the rapper he is today when he was 13 he met another up and coming rapper who later would become his longtime best friend and business partner (Won Aze) where they bonded on Hip Hop/Rap music after a rap battle one night at a friends house the two would start recording just for fun until many years later in 2016 taking it seriously Won Aze would later work with Lyrikile on his future projects to come, He has claimed his family life growing up was good but outside of that he was caught up with the bad kids at the park near his house where he started hustling for a little bit with an old friend at age 14 which he has talked about in his music before after that he escaped that lifestyle the next year later to pursue music until age 15 getting back into hustling again when music wasn’t going no where finally getting caught for the last time after facing probation he stopped selling drugs completely to pursue music again but once again he found himself in more illegal trouble again with an assault charge when being accused of attempted murder with a deadly weapon claim that he has stated before he never committed where throughout the year of that time he was in and out of court after facing only probation once again, By the time Lyrikile was 16 he got back into recording to pursue music once and for all for good, In 2019 he would release his very first public release called "Survival Of The Fittest EP" which was his first EP then throughout (phone number hidden)2 he would release countless amounts of mixtapes, Recently Lyrikile Trife is about to release a single for his upcoming studio album called "Bounce 2 Dis!" which will be released on January 20th, 2023
