Mad Jumpz is a vibrant, family-owned and veteran-led party rental service based in Dayton, Ohio. Founded in 2023 by Derrick Claywell, a Navy veteran, and co-owned by his wife Kaylene, Mad Jumpz has quickly grown to become the go-to service for memorable parties and events. With a fleet of well-maintained bounce houses and an array of fun add-ons like party tents, tables, chairs, and a speedy snow cone machine, we specialize in turning ordinary events into extraordinary fun-filled experiences.

Mad Jumpz was born out of a desire to create lasting memories while making party planning a breeze for families and organizations. We offer a variety of packages tailored to meet the unique needs of every event, from small birthday parties to mid-sized corporate gatherings and community events. Our standout service includes the delivery, setup, and take down of all equipment, allowing our clients to enjoy their events worry-free.

Important Notes and Technical Requirements for Mad Jumpz Rentals:

Set-Up Surface: Ideally, we prefer to set up our bounce houses on grassy areas for safety and ease of installation. If you require setup on concrete or dirt, there will be an additional charge due to the increased labor and materials required for a secure and safe setup.

Deposit: A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your equipment and date. This deposit is subtracted from your total balance.

Electricity: Clients must ensure access to a power supply for the bounce houses. If not available, we can arrange for generator rental at an additional cost.

Space Requirements: Please ensure there is enough space for the bounce house. The space must be clear of sharp objects, overhead power lines, and branches.

Weather Policy: Safety is our top priority. In the event of severe weather conditions like high winds or lightning, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the booking.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within this period.
