I was blown away by Mallory‘s ability to command the room. She entertained my child and all of my guest with song, dance, interactive story time, themed games, and crafts. The kids loved their makeovers and hanging out with a real princess. I would absolutely hire her again. She works with several party companies that charge much more than her freelance rate. Definitely book through her for a high-end experience at an affordable price!
Mallory exceeded all my expectations. Not only was her singing and dancing wonderful, But my party guests all wanted her contact information to book her for themselves! Most importantly, my child said that it was the best day of her life and told everyone about the princess she met at her party! Communication was great, And everything ran smoothly at the party. You can tell this isn’t her first rodeo. I was amazed that she was able to hold so many children’s attention while not breaking character at all. I would absolutely book her again with no hesitation. She has the training, Costumes, and experience of the high-end princess party companies, but at a more affordable rate. I believe she works for several in the area in addition to freelancing. I doubt her rates will stay this low for long. It was so nice knowing that I did not have to provide entertainment for my party guests! I could go on and on, but it was a wonderful experience!!

What can I expect on the day of my party? Will the Princess take care of everything?
While every party package is different and tailored to your unique experience, there is a general format you can expect on the day of your event. You will receive a text or call from the Princess when she is starting the drive to your location, and another text upon arrival to discuss making her grand entrance. It is preferred that children are out of sight from windows, etc when your character arrives to “keep the magic alive”. Once arrived, she will greet the children and usually perform a special ceremony for your birthday child. Performers are experts at "reading the room" to know if a child is overwhelmed or awestruck, so the next interactions may be geared toward helping them become more comfortable with the Princess. Depending on the party package chosen and your requests, activities such as story time, sing-alongs, and various games will happen next. Every magical moment will be filled with fun!
There is always time set aside for any of the party guests to take pictures with the Princess. Once you’ve gotten all the pictures you want, she would love to join in singing Happy Birthday and help your child make a wish as he or she blows out the candles. Before the visit comes to a close, the Princess will sneak in one (or two) more final hugs good-bye before she has to go back to her magical Kingdom.

Theme Related Make-and-Take Princess Craft ($3 additional for each child after 12). For Parties over 12 children or two hour long in duration, additional Princesses or an attendee are recommended to be able to complete all Activities. This is not required, but helps to keep things moving smoothly.

How can I keep my rates low while bringing quality you would see from a theme park entertainer? I’m a one woman show freelance Princess trying to promote my small business. I will not have low rates forever, and I also work for other bigger Princess companies that charge more. Because I own my own high-quality costumes and wigs, I can cut out the middleman and book directly with you! I also have some Princess friends that have also had Disney training and classically trained singing whom I’ve worked with on numerous occasions and are allowing me to offer the two Princess for one hour $200 special! I have numerous parties under my belt, and a Google and Facebook five star rating. The most common word to describe. My services has been “amazing!”, and I can’t wait to work with you!
Do you require a deposit?
A non-refundable reservation fee is due upon booking as a deposit to hold your date. This deposit is a percentage of your total amount due, and not an additional charge. Most people choose to pay the total party package in full upfront out of convenience.
If you do choose to pay the Total Event Amount in full when submitting your booking contract, no further actions are required! If you choose to only pay the reservation deposit, your remaining balance will be due 1 week out from your event. Any unpaid balance less than 5 days prior to the event date will result in a cancellation. If this occurs, the reservation fee will be retained or can be put towards a new available future event if requested. **A benefit to paying your total amount upfront is to avoid possibly having your appearance cancelled if the deadline is not met!**
(Tips are absolutely always appreciated for a job well done, but are not required.)
What is your
rescheduling policy?
If you need to reschedule your party, please contact as soon as possible to discuss all options. Your reservation fee/amount already paid will carry over to the newly confirmed event date. There are no additional rescheduling fees.
It is extremely unlikely, but please note that an appearance may be cancelled due to serious or contagious illness, dangerous weather, or a performer's family emergency. Under these rare circumstances, the reservation fee/amount paid will be put towards a new available event date along with a coupon for a future event. This is very unlikely to happen, but you will absolutely be taken care of in the event of an emergency!
What do I need to do to prepare?
All you will need to provide are the basic necessities for your event: location, decorations, and whatever you will need for the party before the Princess arrives/after she leaves. The Princess/Character will come prepared with supplies for the activities during her stay. Character performers are trained to keep every child engaged and entertained for the duration of the visit, all while being flexible to include any specific requests or needs you may have. The "Special Requests and Instructions" field on the booking form is a great space to mention your child’s particular interests or list helpful information to tailor the experience uniquely to you!
Magical Moments will make magic happen anywhere-- all that is needed is your venue of choice. Some of the most common locations are community centers, event venues, public park pavilions, and (of course) house parties. Please be mindful of the conditions and have a backup plan for outdoor parties should there be inclement weather or extreme heat. A $25 Travel Fee may apply if your event location is over a 50-mile drive for the performer.
If you are having other entertainment services or major activities during your party such as a bounce-house, balloon artist, magician, piñata, waterslide, etc., it is highly encouraged to keep these potential distractions off limits during the duration of the character appearance. This will ensure you get the most out of your Magical Moments experience from start to finish.
