The people at my parents' birthday party all enjoyed Shawn's performance, especially the 9 year old. Several wondered the next day how he did it. As someone who has seen a lot of magic, I was impressed with a couple of the tricks and with Shawn's sleight of hand. His performance was engaging, and funny without being too cheesy. The card tricks got a little repetitive for me, and a long trick that could have been a good finale didn't work out in the end, but other than that, Shawn pulled off a quality and creative close-up magic show that entertained a small all-ages crowd.

If I could give him a 6/5 I would. Everyone laughed audibly and was stupefied the entire time.

He is a comedian and is able to capture the attention of an audience and is particularly great with adult audiences.
