Continuous dancing, hits from all eras, liveliness, no full band breaks, customization. We do everything we can to make your event great. No one is more reasonable, nor easy to work with. Our members are much younger than competing bands. We can add custom ceremony and cocktail ensembles as well. "My husband and I were married on July 4th and had Main Line Affair as our band for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. My day would not have been the same. They were AWESOME! The ceremony music was perfect. I gave slight direction, and let them decide what fit. It was perfect. Unfortunately, I wasn't around for cocktail hour (picture time!) but everyone loved them. Lastly, for the reception, they really worked on the stuff I requested, which wasn't easy. Our first dance was Ray LaMontagne, "you are the best thing." it was perfect. Father daughter dance was led zeppelin, thank you and mother son was what a wonderful world. They really got the guests motivated and dancing. At the last minute I asked them to play some talking heads, and to my surprise, they pulled it off and with a shout-out to me!!! They were very professional people, really made everything flow nicely Heck, I am trying to find an excuse to throw a party and have them again:)

just AMAZING. They performed at my wedding a few weeks ago and everyone is still talking about them, our guests were dancing all night!!
We had a few song requests that I really was not sure that they would be able to but they impressed me when they played the Thong Song and Baby Got Back!

Main Line Affair absolutely KILLED IT at our wedding. Almost half of our guests were musicians in some way, so the clientele was definitely paying attention to the music throughout the night. I don't think there was a moment where the dance floor wasn't packed with people singing and dancing. Howard and the band were on point from the first downbeat and I couldn't say enough about how great they were throughout the night. They helped make our wedding day an incredible one with their sound and I was hearing rave reviews from our guests for weeks.

Main Line Affair is by far an outstanding band! My husband and I were nervous at first because we only watched their performances online, however, they exceeded our expectations. From the moment we booked the band for our November 2013 wedding, Howard was prompt with responding to any questions through email. The band had no issue with learning a number of new songs (including our favorite-The Penn State Fight Song). At the wedding, the band manager checked in with us before being introduced (to ensure names were pronounced correctly, etc), and gave a great impression of what was about to come. Following dinner, our guests never sat down-they danced and sang along with the band the entire evening. The band was interactive (having the guests fill in lyrics, dancing with the guests) and their voices and instruments all were very professional. Most impressive, the band played off our guests interests-and kept the great music playing into the night. I would highly recommend Main Line Affair for any wedding!

You all were absolutely incredible. From the first communication up to this point, you've been nothing but professional and helpful. Our friends and family are still talking about how much fun they had at the wedding and how they haven't been to a wedding with that crowded of a dance floor in a long time. Kerri's Mom said she had a blast dancing and that all of her girlfriends were raving about you all! You interacted with all of our family (Dave's grandma included!) and friends and made it a night that we'll always remember. When the meals were a little behind, you turned the break into a dance party between courses--awesome! Really, our only regret is that we won't be having another wedding reception for you to play! We can't say enough about how much we appreciate all aspects of who you all are. I feel like each member of the band, either before, during, or after, spoke to us both which meant so much. It was a blast!

My father had seen Mainline Affair at a friends 50th birthday party and suggested them for my upcoming wedding. I was a bit skeptical, we are a younger crowd I kept thinking. Well, let me tell you, they knocked it out of the park. Not only was everyone dancing( it was quite a large affair) but the band members themselves were fantastic. Friendly, funny and dressed to the nines. Guests are still talking about them as well they should be. The music was fantastic and they were one of the highlights of the day. I cannot thank them enough.....oh wait, I will see them in October for my fathers wedding and can do it in person.
