Really enjoyed our experience with Makenna! She played the requested songs I gave her plus some other great choices. I would book her again no hesitation!

We hired Makenna to play a couple tunes for our wedding ceremony and they did excellent. Not only did they learn all the songs we asked, which were pretty weird far out songs. But they were super patient regarding stressful wedding schedules and showed up early. Would def recommend hiring again.

Makennna was fantastic--super easy to work with, comfortable with playing several nontraditional (indie rock) songs, and she did an unexpected (to me!) accompaniment to my husband's serenade! Highly recommend for a wedding or other classy event.

It was amazing to work with Makenna. I really appreciated how she got excited about the pieces we had picked out for our wedding. She was communicative and helpful leading up to the day of the wedding as well as on the actual day. Makenna is a very talented cellist, and her flawless playing added a lot to the wedding and all the guests remarked how beautiful the music was!

Makenna exceeded my expectations for an event that we had planned. She was extremely well communicative in advanced of the event date, was flexible in her approach for what I was looking for, she is super friendly, and on top of it she’s an incredible Cellist! She received rave reviews from the event that she played at. And I can’t wait to work with her in the future. Do yourself a favor, and book her if you’re looking for a wonderful person and Cellist!

It's not often that something turns out better than what you had imagined. Having Makenna play our wedding was one such rare event. Not only were her choice of music, and performance perfect, but she was easy going, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. Heck, three people asked me for her contact information after the ceremony, that should say it all.

We hired Makenna (and her friend Claire) to play at our daughter's wedding. Their music selection, ability and sound were nothing short of magical. Very focused. Very flexible (we were not very formal with the wedding procession) and their warmth and ease to work with were top notch! I highly recommend hiring her and we found the addition of Claire as our 2nd cellist was really worthwhile. Very special!
