What to expect when booking my service

1. We will discuss the needs of the job and confirm the service.

2. I will ask for a call sheet or a schedule with location address, parking, meals provided (if needed) and start stop time information.

3. On the day of the job I will arrive at the address in clean modest attire suitable for the job demands.

4. I’ll bringing everything you’ve requested to you with exception to a table (to place my things on) and electrical outlet (to plug my things in), I request these items be provided or a space that can work to accommodate this need. Please note: *If this is a mobile job communicate this and I will provide the appropriate gear to work from for that type of service.

5. It takes me anywhere from 10-30 minutes to load into a space depending on where parking is, if I’m required to wait at reception, be badged in, or travel though large spaces. So please take into account this extra time.

6. Set-up of my supplies on average is 15 minutes.
These items typically that include Hair & Make-up supplies, chair, a professional light, and any other items specifically related to your jobs and requests requests.

7. After the job is completed I will check in with you to see if there’s any last minute need- then pack out, clean up, and leave.

In 2000 I worked in a small theatre as a Makeup and Wig volunteer. I spent 9 years after that in a customer service / sales roll and found I needed to get back to my artistic roots - my life was just not where it should be. My first memories of life involved my mother’s violin playing and my father’s sense of humor. My fathers art, he was an animator between (phone number hidden)4 working with Disney, Warner Brothers, Nickelodeon and a few other major studios. As I got a little older he’d have me sitting in his office when work from home numbering his animation boards. It was one of my favorite things to do - and I would always imagined I’d too be an artist of some kind one day.
In 2010 I decided to take a leap and delve back into my own art. Since then I’ve joined two unions (IATSE 488 film & IATSE 887 wardrobe) and built a business and career working everything from film and commercial work to simple headshots. If I could explain how I work I’d say I take a classic beauty approach when it comes to beauty makeup - I like enhancing the persons natural beauty with classic and modern techniques melded. My skills are unique as I said I started in theatre but moved into film and commercial - rounding out my skill set for a uniquely diverse portfolio. If you’re looking for a special effects scar or something, a 1920’s makeup, a runway look, a special occasion, a classic headshot, a butterfly on your face, or men’s and women’s makeup for public speaking. That’s what I do.

Electrical note:
I will need enough voltage to utilize multiple hot tools, along with a LED lamp. In addition I sometimes bring a small compressor for an air brush. A wall outlet most times is sufficient unless other major equipment is being utilized within the same area.

Special Supplies:
Out of the ordinary supply requests - supplies will be billed in full in addition to any time that might occur to secure the items. (i.e; wigs, hairpieces, bald caps, eyelashes for more then 5 people, body paint, airbrushing, fake body parts, blood, fake nails, gimmicks, facial hair…
