Makeup Kyia

I had an amazing experience with Kyia! I received complements on my makeup for hours. She was prompt, professional and really knew how to coordinate my make up with my outfit colors. I will definitely book her again!

Contact with Kyia was great to begin with.. The make up was to be for my Daughter for Prom. Unfortunately we ended up having to cancel and my Daughter did not attend. I let Kyia know a week in advance that we would have to cancel. I did apologize and asked to retain her number and information for any future events that may come up. I received no acknowledgement of my cancellation or any correspondence period from her which was very disappointing. I do understand that she must of been upset that we had to cancel. But the situation was not our fault and was beyond our control. Obviously this made working with her look like that while things were booked she was pleasant.. but when things had to be cancelled she was inattentive. I feel that even though we had to cancel that she should of stayed in touch for good business practice. Not only would we have used her in the future but I would of referred her to several friends. I would of done this based on our interaction in the very beginning. We were very disappointed and surprised by this considering she also had my phone number. That's too bad.

This young lady is a beast with the brushes. I received compliment all night long.
