North Carolina's premiere 1960s tribute band, the soundtrack of our lives. a full compliment of the songs that made the music of the 60's so much fun ...a typical MANNISH BOYS performance will find them not only sounding like you have stepped back to the fabulous 1960's but visually as well as the boys tend to dress/look like they have indeed materialized from a 1966 time machine! the musicians themselves all started their musical careers during that time period and so sound ... authentic as only they can. sure to please making your event a success, if you have a soft spot for this, the best pop music ever produced, the the MANNISH BOYS are your "go to" for entertainment and are looking forward to making your event one to remember!
the MANNISH BOYS have waved the 1960's music flag for 25 years and are the litmus test when it comes to "vintage style entertainment"! with music ranging from r&b of the late 50's- early 60's coupled with the sounds of the 1960's british invasion and the later 60's garage rock they play a seductive blend of "fun songs" like "96tears" and "wooly bully" to the early 60's frat house rock with such tunes as "little latin loop e loop" "let's dance", and "the house of the rising sun" to the neo psychedelic offerings of the mid 60's rolling stones. sure to please, the MANNISH BOYS are in their element when playing to large crowds at local festivals or small night clubs and private parties. we hope you will consider the boys to help make your next event a success!
