I love nothing more than walking into a party and seeing every inch of the place decked in whatever the theme may be. The decorations, the little details, and personal touches are the first things you notice at any gathering. I LOVE nothing more than when party guests can't stop noticing all the little details. Cost for services is negotiable depending on your decor needs. The cost of materials will be factored into any item plus the standard rate.
