I hired this mariachi band specifically to start performing at 5:00 PM sharp as dinner music for a quinceniera, with the understanding that they would be on time and ready. However, they didn’t begin until around 5:15 PM due to one member arriving late and not fully dressed in their mariachi attire. It was embarrassing to have my guests see the band standing outside waiting around, making it appear unprofessional. Additionally, I was expecting the group from the photos and videos advertised, but the musicians that showed up were not the same group. While they played well, the overall experience didn’t meet expectations due to the late start, lack of communication, and the substitute performers.

We arrived 30 minutes earlier early and setup sound system while ceremony was going on. One of our members did arrived 5 minutes late and I notified client. We played for 2 hours and left client came out and thanked us.
We are the group that showed up. My son and I were there. Client was happy not sure what changed, anyways We thank you for the opportunity and are very Sorry you were not fully satisfied.
The musicians were not the same ones of the photo. I understand that it was 85 degrees outside but this Mariachi did not know many songs, were asking guests to sing and were taking too many breaks. My guests were expressing how they felt about them taking too many breaks and told the mariachi they shouldn’t be taking so many breaks.This mariachi made me feel embarrassed. The mariachi were offered unlimited drinks and food. There was shade under a tree and under the front porch of the house. I told them they can play any songs they like as long as they kept playing. They showed up 30min before my requested time and asked me if they can start early in which I let them but then they asked if they can leave early, of course I said no. My guests were upset to know that the mariachi didn’t start the time I hired them for. I was disappointed at the service. I will not hire them nor recommend them.
