Mariachi Magnolia

Hi, I’m Jannette, your point of contact for your event!

-Mariachi usually arrives 15min - 45 min early, depending on the necessary set-up
(We text you when we arrive)

Costuming:
-Traditional Mariachi: Black “traje de charro” with a colored necktie
- Trio or duet: Latin-inspired or elegant.

-We will come prepared with appropriate song selections for your event.
Ex: Romantic boleros for weddings
(A song list is helpful but not necessary!)

- We will perform 1-2 songs and then take a moment to introduce ourselves to your guests and welcome requests (if appropriate)

- We can play in one location or play “roaming musician” style and move around the event space

Mariachi Magnolia was founded in 2022 by Jannette Castaneda. Jannette has over 15 years of musical experience as a violinist and vocalist. She has been a member of several all-female Mariachis in Los Angeles, recorded on several productions and succesfully managed “Los Angeles Mariachis” for several years. Inspired to breathe new life into Mariachi, Jannette founded Mariachi Magnolia with the intention of offering a modern version of a traditional Mariachi.
