We hired mariachi Monarcas for our wedding in Seattle and it was one the best decisions we made!

We booked Mariachi Monarcas for my abuelo’s celebration of life. They arrived on time and were accommodating to our order of service. They sound amazing and all have beautiful voices. They were the perfect touch to our service and I know my abuela was so happy to have them there. Afterwards, many people told us how much they loved the music and band. I wanted to surprise my dad for his graduation after he earned his bachelor's degree. He served 22 years in the Army and always put his family first. All his siblings came from out of town for the celebration. Booking a mariachi band last minute seemed risky, but it was absolutely worth it as he’s one of the few in our family to graduate from college.

The band was incredibly patient and helpful in coordinating the event, and they were both flexible and respectful. They played all the songs we requested, and if they didn’t know a song, they let us know and suggested alternatives we would enjoy. They even let us take some pictures before they left. Having an 8-member band for 1.5 hours was the perfect choice. Their performance brought so much joy and even tears of happiness to my family as we celebrated my dad's incredible achievement. Thank you for making this moment unforgettable!

The band was outstanding, arrived right on time, and exhibited outstanding showmanship. Technically capable and with a extensive repertoire they performed for an hour; everyone was thrilled and enjoyed their playing. I would definitely recommend them. Overall a great experience, they brought tears of joy to my wife.

I was expecting 3 members for our small setting but there was actually 4! They were on time, on point and very entertaining. Easy to communicate with day of the event and everything went smoothly. Will book in the future.

So thankful for Mariachi Monarcas! They were very professional and sounded incredible live! Since it was a surprise there were some things that came up before that made the time change a couple of times and they were extremely nice and flexible with us. Thoroughly enjoyed and would definitely book in the future if we needed to :) highly recommend!

The music was delightful. My guests requested certain songs and they were all played beautifully. The only thing that was missing in my opinion, there was practically no interaction and/or connection with my guests. When they entered they didn’t even say Good Evening and they wouldn’t have introduced themselves, until I asked them. They didn’t encourage my guests to dance either, I had to. To summarize, Music and attire were great, interaction poor.

We booked Mariachi Monarcas for an hour long performance before a screening. We LOVED having them and would highly recommend them for your next event! Incredibly communicative, prompt, and our audience was delighted.

I greatly appreciated the ease and efficiency of GigSalad's referral to a local and excellent Mariachi band.
Mariachi Monarcas arrived on time, were exquisitely presented and sounded as warm and festive as they were authentic and professional. Nictali was easy to work with, very accessible and honored all agreements as planned. Truly wonderful experience, just wish the cost was a bit less - especially for this non-profit related function - at a rate of over $600/hr. (eg $215/20 mins.), we would love to work with them again, but unsure of affordability. Although I had to donate a decent portion out of my own pocket to afford the "company expense", I still say it was worth every minute :) Ty GigSalad, Ty Mariachi Monarcas and Ty Nicatli!

My husband had a great time. The group did a fantastic job. I have plans to book them again for more celebrations.

The Mariachi Monarcas were incredible. They arrived early for the event, there outfits and the instruments that they brought were amazing and it was such a nice touch! We did this as a surprise for my boss and the team and it was such an incredible surprise. I would highly recommend them for any event you were thinking whether it’s corporate or a private event they will perform beyond your expectation! So if you’re wanting someone to add that special touch to your party, I would highly recommend them!

The mariachi band was phenomenal, such talent! They came out to Gig Harbor, in the snow, to perform for my sister's 50th birthday. The streets were icy as it had snowed a bunch the couple of days before but they still made the drive out and provided an excellent performance. We were very happy with the band. Great communication leading up to the event as well!

We hired Mariachi Monarcas for a one-hour surprise serenade for my brother on his birthday. They were great, the music was fantastic. Everyone really enjoyed it. And my brother was very happy! They are easy to work with, and recommend them!

100% enjoyed having Mariachi Monarcas play at our birthday party. Very professional, well dressed, respectful, great singing and playing! They played for 2 hours with a small break in between. Mariachi Monarcas were perfect entertainers. Obviously, to merit five stars they were easy to communicate with, arrived as agreed, and performed as agreed. But this is the basics of being a professional group. The real heart of the matter is that they are amazingly accomplished musicians and were beautiful to hear. I hired them for a birthday party for my wife. One of our close (covid bubble) friends was brought to tears at how magical their performance was. I recommend Mariachi Monarcas for any event and hope to hire them again in the future.

Mariachi Monarcas were fantastic! During these times of social distancing and no large gatherings, they made our family-only 30th birthday party really special. They arrived on time and were set up and ready to play for the “surprise” when the birthday girl arrived. They took requests and played non-stop for an hour and a half. My mom's Surprise Fiesta was perfect with the performance of this Mariachi. They arrived early than scheduled time, worked with us on rescheduling the party location due to weather condition,and the party vibes felt like we were all one big family. We all had a chance to sing our favorite songs with them, danced all night and their performance was fun!

I booked Mariachi Monarcas as a SURPRISE for my brothers birthday celebration! I facilitated the booking through Gig-salad ( I live in San Diego, party was happening in Seattle) the website made process easy+ hassle free. Further, I must add the responsiveness of the band was quick and thoughtful. Ended up having to make last min adjustment because of weather forecasted rainout (no surprise, that’s Seattle😂) anyhow, Mariachi Monarcas worked with me to bump up day ahead which worked for the best!
Trio showed up on time, energized and eagerly played variety set of festive musuc enjoyed by all. I was bummed to miss out.. but live streamed in to enjoy! So it was a virtual celebration!

Mariachi Monarcas was a hit at my 30th. I hired to have 4 of them play which included vihuela, trumpet, guitarrón, and violin. They kept the party lively for the whole hour. They were very professional, arrived early for the event, and looked amazing. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a fun mariachi band for any event.

Mariachi Monarcas performed beautifully, but they ultimately were very unprofessional. They arrived 45 minutes late from the agreed upon arrival time. I had actually requested that they leave from Seattle/arrive earlier so as to avoid traffic, but they refused. They ended up arriving 45 minutes late (which cut into their performance time by 15 minutes), and they offered no reduced rate even though they played for a short amount of time than we paid for.
Furthermore, although they were given explicit instructions on the phone and via email, they took a 15 minute break (in the middle of their then 1 hr 45 minute slot) when they were supposed to be playing intro music. This demonstrated that they had not taken the time to read through our requested timeline - it was also a bit surprising that they would show up 45 minutes late then expect a rather lengthy break.

The band arrived in plenty of time (even though they had to get here through some pretty bad traffic!) They were extremely professional, friendly and just the right touch for our community event. I would definitely call them again if we were to have a similar entertainment night. If you need a mariachi band, HIRE THEM! :)

The team did an AMAZING job helping with a surprise birthday for an executive. They were super detailed and even went out to pick custom bowties that matched our branding. They were flexible as we had to wait for the right timing and they were willing to just go with the flow. Then of course, they did an amazing job singing and everyone just loved it. I'd hire them in a heartbeat!

Mariachi Monarcas played for 90 minutes at our 50th wedding anniversary. All in attendance really enjoyed the music and told us how impressed they were with the band. They are great musicians and singers. Also, played every requested song. Wish we had another event for the band to perform. When we do, we will definitely contact Mariachi Monarcas. Really enjoyed their music at our Cinco de Mayo Party!

I hired part of the group on a limited budget for a company luncheon. Very good rates for performing. They showed up early to setup and though they were supposed to start at 1:30pm they started playing early because they could see that the party was ready to start. Very professional group and I will definitely contact them for any future needs. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
