This band has to be one of the best Mariachi bands in the country. Their musical talent is beyond compare.

Mariachi Viva Mexico went above and beyond to deliver a moving performance for my wife in her backyard. They even shifted gears and dealt with a crisis with swiftness and professionalism when one of their vehicles broke down on the freeway. I couldn't have been more satisfied and I know my wife was very touched by the songs they played. I would recommend to anyone!

The band was fantastic, and the perfect cherry on the cake of our night celebrating a 50th and a 70th birthday. Humberto was kind and easy to communicate with. The band was professional and punctual. They were able to play every song request my family made with ease and gusto. The whole party was raving about their performance, and they even got my normally quiet, stoic mother-in-law crying happy tears she was so happy. What a night! Really can't recommend them enough, and will definitely book again for future events.

They were courteous and talented and played a great array of songs. We loved seeing the active mentorship being passed on from one generation to the next, and truly enjoyed having them at our party! 10/10!

These guys are the best! They were very professional - showed up on time, crisp mariachi uniforms, etc. - and the music was absolutely fantastic. They created a great party atmosphere that really took our event to the next level. We will definitely have them back in the future!

I visited Portland with my wife for our anniversary and I wanted to surprise her with a trio in the park. Coming from LA where mariachis are a plenty, it was really difficult to find a mariachi band in Portland. Thankfully I stumbled across Viva Mexico on Gigsalad and they were amazing. They met us in a park in downtown Portland and played for close to an hour. They were very communicative, friendly, and took requests! HIRE THEM!

This was our second time using Mariachi Viva Mexico for our annual Taco Feed and, once again, they were fantastic. Even though the setting is more of a festival, with people walking all around them, they gave 100% the whole time. They were a hit, and we hope to hire them again next time!

It was no surprise to me that we had another fantastic fiesta this year! I hired Mariachi Viva Mexico last year and was totally wowed, so of course I hired them again this year and was blown away again. Not only is the music authentic and beautiful, but the attention to the audience is a huge plus with me. I do events for a senior living community and am always looking for ways to surprise and excite them. They had an absolute ball at this event! They are asking if I can bring the band back this summer. They don't want to wait until next May! I plan to do just that. We will be having a patio event and Mariachi Viva Mexico will come with a smaller group for this summer event. I can't say enough good things about the band. They are talented, engaging and beautiful to listen to.

We host an annual Cinco De Mayo-themed event for clients. We had the band stop by for an hour and play a few songs. They were a great addition to our event!

Even with the terrible traffic our area is having (construction!!), they arrived ready to jump in and perform. This was an outside event with people milling around, and they were both engaging and unobtrusive. A perfect mix for our event! I would recommend them all day long.

Humberto and the rest of the mariachi's did AWESOME!! So happy that Mariachi Viva Mexico was a part of our special day! I would recommend them to any event.

So much fun!

I am the events coordinator for a large retirement community. I have been dying to have a Mariachi band to our place. Every year I try to work it into my budget and time line and it never seems to work out. But this year it did! The fantastic Mariachi Viva Mexico worked with my time and my budget. They were so good! They were so much fun! My residents are still talking about it. If you are looking for a Mariachi band you will not be disappointed with these gentlemen.

Mariachi Viva Mexico provided music for fiesta themed Christmas party and they were amazing! I highly recommend them for special gatherings.

I hired the Mariachi band as a surprise for my wife's birthday. They communicated well, showed up on time, were a lot of fun and everyone enjoyed the music.
Overall they did a great job!

These guys were on time, looked professional, and the party-goers thoroughly enjoyed them. I would have liked it better if they would have moved around, going to each table, etc. They stayed in one spot, but I did not make my wishes known as I was busy visiting. Their time was over too fast, but that is thought because they were so good.
