I play piano and arranger keyboard, mostly pop/light jazz music.
Mario played at a small family dinner party to celebrate my father's 70th birthday. Mario arrived on time (early!), set up in a discreet and respectful way, including willingly going along with our plan to have him begin to play when my dad walked in so that the presence of a pianist would be a surprise. Mario played from the requested genres I had communicated to him in advance, and peppered in some fun songs for the little kids (think Disney movie themes and the Mario Brothers theme song). Throughout the night, Mario took requests whenever we wanted to ask for a specific song. His playing was beautiful, the volume was set nicely so that we could hear him throughout the main floor, but it was not too loud when we were sitting in the living room where he was playing. Mario was the perfect special complement to our intimate dinner party and my dad absolutely loved it. We enthusiastically recommend hiring Mario.

I'm a classically trained pianist who love playing contemporary music. Otherwise, I'm much better on piano than I am with words.
I bring a digital piano + amp in most cases. If you wish or depending on the event, I might bring my arranger keyboard instead.
