Mario"The Catman"Infanti

Mario “The Catman” Infanti, has been a guitarist, singer, and
songwriter all his life. Starting at an early age, he showed a real talent for developing unique melodies and rhythm patterns.
The Catman has toured with jazz great and two time Grammy winner Chuck Mangione in such venues as the world famous Blue Note in New York City, to jazz festivals all over the country. He has also worked with Steely Dan guitarist,
the legendary Elliott Randall, and bassists Chuck Rainey and Neal Stubenhaus.
Mario's recording credits include Burger King, Firestone Tires, Tuborg Beer and Resorts International with the late renowned Jazz vocalist Phyllis Hyman.
Mario has an eclectic guitar style that blends his influences ranging from George Benson and Larry Carlton, to Carlos Santana and Jeff Beck. His vocal style is reminiscent of Bobby Caldwell and Aaron Neville. All of which is evident on Mario's first solo release “Bird In A Hand” and his second CD, “Live at Gotham Hall”. More than half of the proceeds of his income goes to benefiting
endangered wildlife.
