A very fun time, I highly recommend Maritess for your party or event. People will definitely remember the fun they had. Mind blowing mentalism and hypnosis, very entertaining.

She was fabulous! She arrived early, was friendly, professional and kid-friendly. Would happily book her again. Highly recommend for kids and adults. We are still trying to figure out how she did it!!

First of all, she is super funny and full of energy. She knows how to captivate an audience. I'm still mindblown by the card tricks! How-oh-how did Maritess pick my card!? Martiess is hypnotising. She was also a delight to work with and glad we got to work with her. Thank you, Maritess!

Maritess was great with our somewhat unpredictable group of 60 adults with developmental disabilities. She was able to captivate the audience and perform through some distracting shouts throughout. Maritess tailored the performance to our clients to ensure they got the most out of it and even taught the group some illusions. It was a wonderful and memorable experience.

Went to a park in Bellevue to check out a film with my kids and we were delighted to catch Maritess' show while we were there. Her act is sophisticated enough to keep the adults entertained while managing to be kid friendly as well. We all loved it!

I was excited to hire a magician for my sons 6th birthday party. As a parent we all try and find ways to keep our children entertained during those chaotic stressful birthday parties; I hired Maritess with that intention. She was early, prepared and needed about 10 mins to set up. The kids were surprised, excited and ready for the show. However the attention span of 5 and 6 year olds as we all know is limited. My son being the worst that day. Maritess tried her best to round up the kids and keep their focus but a lot of her one liners and dialogue was more suited for adults. The kids didn't understand her sarcasm nor did they follow it, losing interest quickly. Her tricks were pretty darn amazing but I just thought she seemed flustered trying to keep the kids interested, my son being the orneriest that day. Again, understandable.
However, as she was leaving she asked if I wouldn't mind leaving a review which I said I had no problem doing. She asked for 5 stars of course but only cares about 4 stars and higher. After I thought about it, I realized there was no sarcasm or humor in her statement which left a very bad taste in my mouth after she left. Anyone who asks you to give them a high review and lets you know that they don't look at anything that is lower lets me know they don't care about improving their show or that they can't handle constructive criticism. Now I may have given her 4 stars even with the lack of attention on the kids part because I understand the task of entertaining children, and her show was still good, but after her request I felt like she didn't deserve anything above a 3. Terribly unprofessional on her part.

Magician Maritess made my daughter's 8th birthday fun and magical - she was great with the group of 13 girls and engaged them for the full hour. Lots of participation and they learned some tricks too!

Maritess Zurbano performed tarot card readings during our school's 8th grade graduation party sponsored by the PTSA which I co-chaired. She instinctively knew how to adjust her readings for this age group and keep them optimistic while still being personalized for each student. The students really engaged with her, and I received great feedback. Her table was very popular, yet she was skilled at keeping the line moving while still making each student feel like they had their dedicated time with her. Maritess was very professional, on time, fun, and easy to work with. I highly recommend her!

Wow! She did an amazing job. Not only the kids were engaged so were the adults. She was fun and did a awesome job performing. End of the event I shared her contact with so many other parents who would like her to perform at their event. She was on time and pleasant to work with. I would definitely work with her again. We had over 40 kids at our event and she kept them in control :)
