As a corporate speaker, I provide engaging custom presentations to corporation executives and their employees. Companies generally provide me with a theme for their event and I build a custom motivational presentation around this theme. My motivational presentations do NOT involve power point, only a heart to heart connection with every audience.
I have spoken to companies like Blue Shield, JMC Homes (Roseville), Sacramento Housing, PECG Union, Agreeya IT Solutions, Dept. Water Resources and Tommy T’s. Each industry in unique but my overall goal is to connect to each audience in a personal a way. My presentations can be customized to last 20-50 minutes based on the client’s needs.

Every time I have the attention of any audience, it is my goal to move them to FEEL something compelling at the end of the talk. Each talk is custom designed for that audience, to inspire them to re-connect with their dream. I believe early in life many of us are talked out of our dreams. Society tends to focus on money, cars, houses and possessions are supposed to make us happy. What makes us happy is different that what makes us fulfilled. Cars, homes, jobs and material things make us happy, for a minute. If we want to fully utilize our talents and gifts we must look within. Finding our individual gift from within is the thing that will bring us true fulfillment. I want my audience to place value on that gift. My talks speak to the importance of recognizing our gift.
In my twenties I began working for the State of California and my dream of speaking was completely non-existent. I had given up the dream of being Howard Cosell. I had to support myself as a young adult, so finding good career was my priority. In my late 20's I got married and had worked for the state for about eight years.
Another touchstone moment occurred in my life when my cousin Kevin introduced me to Toastmasters. I went to my first Toastmasters meeting and the first thing that occurred in this meeting was Table Topics. I watched the members of this club answer questions off the cuff and speak for about two minutes. I thought to myself that there is no way I could do that. I didn't return to Toastmasters for two years. This same cousin of mine found me another club that was less intense.
I was hooked on speaking with Toastmasters. In the beginning it was great at Toastmaster and I felt at home there. But I wanted to do this for a living and not just for fun. I would watch other speakers on television but that wasn't enough. I wanted to do more but nowhere to turn. The seed that was planted by Howard Cosell was beginning to break through.
When I turned 40…something changed
Maybe it was a midlife crisis, I don’t know. Turning 40 signified that half of my life was probably over. I began to think about my legacy. While attending University of Phoenix, one of my instructors gave me some positive comments about one of my recent presentations. It was at that very moment I knew what I needed to do with my life from that point. I had always known I was passionate about speaking, but didn’t take it seriously.
My mission became to grow and invest in my gift daily. Use my gift to the fullest and positively impact the lives of others. Now that I know my gift, my confidence began to grow and I started believing that anything was possible for my life. My legacy was beginning to take shape.
I WAS READY TO MAKE MY MARK IN LIFE…….

My influences have been my parents, friends and family. In my early days I enjoyed a sports announcer named Howard Cosell, who was a sports announcer for Wide World of Sports in the 70's. Howard planted the seed in my mind to speak. The problem was I just didn't believe in the dream until I turned 40. After turning 40, I got the nerve one day to contact a speaker by the name of Kevin Bracy. I was able to be in his space and speaking engagements and I knew this was my calling, to inspire this world.
