i will arrive prior to the appt for set up and to hand out paper work, the pressure is entirely up to you along with how the massage progresses. Your massage is about you, if you want an hour on your back neck and shoylder or just upper body or just feet that is up to you and i will do my best to accomodate you. You must drink 64 oz or more of water or 4, 16 oz bottles or 8, 8 oz glases AFTER your massage, rest relax nothing stressful or strenuous. eith firmer pressure, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, active muscle release or advanced corrective therapy, you may experience a post work out type of soreness that may last up to 72 hours.

Jenn has been a Practicing Massage Therapist since June of 2008 attaining licensure and certification in 2009. Jenn is certified in Swedish Massage, Sports Medicine, Reiki, and Advanced Corrective Therapies as well as being trained in Prenatal Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, Cold Stone Therapy and Hot Stone Therapy. Jenn became a Massage Therapist to help people relieve physical pain and stress and she enjoys helping people to feel better and get healthy. She believes that massage is less of a luxury and more of essential and natural way to achieve health and wellness, relieve pain, stress, and promote sleep. Massage therapy also has the ability to lower blood pressure, lower heart rate, improve circulation, reduce anxiety and bouts of depression, as well as improve range of motion and flexibility.

I arrive a few minutes before your appt to set up the table or chair, whilst all clients receiving a massage are filling out the paper work. if you jave a sound system or musoc preference please set that up prior to my arrival, otherwise i have a portable speaker and set musoc station to make your massage the ultimate relaxtion and healing experience.
