Masters of Mixology

Jonathan and Masters of Mixology were really amazing for our wedding. We live in Richmond and had gone with another serving company that was terrible and decided to drop them at the 11th hour. We then found Masters of Mixology out of DC and to our surprise they were willing to make the trip. Jonathan showed up early and was always attentive and knowledgeable. Every employee he brought with him was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. I was told by so many of our guests at our wedding how much they liked the servers. I would 10000% use this company again!!

We received a lot of quotes for our bartending gig for our anniversary party, but from the get-go, Masters of Mixology gave us a competitive price that matched our needs ideally. Jonathan was professional and prompt in communication, which made it easy to book. He was an excellent bartender for us, received compliments from our guests, and we'd book him again if we ever had need. Strongly recommend!

I am a Personal/Private Chef and my Client hired Masters of Mixology as waitstaff for a cocktail party. I prepared multiple small bites to be passed around during the evening. Unfortunately I had to work that same day and would not be present during the event. I briefly met Mike and Morgan a couple of hours promptly before guest arrived and we quickly went over how all 9 items were to be prepared and presented. As a Chef, I am immensely pleased they were able to serve my food with elegance and accuracy. They were able to adapt as the event prospered and catered to guest needs while enjoying the work. This is what hospitality is all about and this Duo gets it. I would like to formally thank them as I hope we can do more collaborative events in the future.

I was very impressed with Mike and Morgan. They arrived on time, worked with the chef well and were attentive to what mattered most to me in terms of caring for the guests. I also appreciated that the manager stopped by during the event to make sure everything was running smoothly. I plan to use them again.

We have used Jonathan and his team for a couple events - so far. We will use them again and again because they are so good. We worked with Jonathan for a small dinner party and a very large holiday party. He was great at both. He was very attentive and creative in helping us plan and prepare for both events. Also importantly, our guests really liked him and his whole team. We can't wait for our next event with them!

Jonathan was everything I would expect a bartender to be! Very professional in communicating with me by email and text from the time I hired him up until the day of the event. He had a clear understanding as to what I expected and he delivered!!
He arrived early to set up for the birthday event, very personable, attentive and competent. Excellent at multitasking serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to 65 attendees.

We hired Jonathan to help us with a small 25 person gathering. From the moment I put in the request online, he was extremely responsive and in constant communication about our needs. I entertain all the time in NYC and have a very high bar for service providers. Jonathan knocked it out of the park, doing thing’s proactively, basically reading my mind which allowed us to keep everyone happy. He also has a great eye for food presentation which was also very helpful bc I was behind when guests arrived early. Cannot recommend enough- will definitely be using him again when we have another party!!!

Jonathan was incredibly polite professional and promptly responsive when we were planning for our daughter’s Graduation party - he made my life SO much easier. Then, the day of the party, both Jonathan and Morgan arrived before the agreed to time and went right to work to start setting up. By the time the party started they had all of the food arranged and coolers for all beverages ready to go. They were neat, incredibly organized and polite. They cleaned up in between as well as packed up our leftovers. We were very impressed with their service as were our guests (100+ so not an easy task). Our guests were so impressed with them that several took down their information (and one is already planning to have them support their upcoming event).

I plan on securing them for other events in the future. It was seamless.

Johnathon and his staff were simply amazing. They all had great personalities and my guest enjoyed their interactions with these guys. The drinks were awesome! You do not want to have a party without these guys being involved.

Jonathan confirmed the arrival date, arrived early, and delivered professional service. I would hire him again. He also made guests feel welcome and suggested options to those that were looking for non-alcoholic options.

This company is awesome. Very communicative, very cooperative, very professional and very nice. Had them for a baby shower and it worked well. Showed up on time, did what they said they were going to do, good at it and lots of happy guests!
Would highly recommend them to anyone. Price was reasonable also.

Great job guys! My cooking demonstration and dinner party went off without a hitch. I reached out to Masters of Mixology three days before my event and received a very prompt quote from Jonathan. Everything was set up within a few hours of reaching out. Steve and Phillip did an absolutely fantastic job at my event! They were very personable, professional and came fully prepared. They followed the chef's orders to perfection and assisted in beautifully plating and serving our main course. They also made sure drinks were always full and assisted with cleanup through out the night. We couldn't have done it with out them! I highly recommend Masters of Mixology.

The Masters of Mixology provided 3 servers for our event. The ladies did a great job serving and helping to set-up and cleanup afterward. The issue we had was with serving a bit too much food to the children. If we had provided more precise instruction, I don't think that would have happened. All in all, we were very satisfied with their service.

We hired Masters of Mixology for my daughter’s engagement party. Shea, our bartender, was amazing. She arrived promptly, set up was so easy and everyone at the party loved her. All through the night people were asking for her number for their future parties. We will never use any other company and will request Shea ever time. Highly recommend M2.

Masters of mixology literally saved my event. My original staff cancelled on me last minute, and I called up Johnathan, and not only did he deliver but his staff was great. The bartender served spectacular drinks the waitstaff was professional, polite, and well dressed. Im going to continue to work with Masters of mixology in the future, there's no need to look else where!
