Matt Adams Magic

I found Matt on the Upward website and called to talk to him. He was prompt in returning my call, friendly during our chat, and more than willing to work within our parameters of need. His booking process is easy, his program is fun and Gospel-oriented, and he is pleasant to work with. Children and adults were captivated by his illusions, and our ministers were very impressed with his presentation of the Gospel. A win/win all the way around!!

Matt had 25 fifth and sixth graders and several adults fascinated with his performance for an hour. We were all smitten by his skills, admonitions, and professionalism. I would ask him again to entertain and teach us again any day! His message about God's love for all of us is clear and unashamedly Biblical; he pulls no punches and is direct. We walked away from his performance energized to share Jesus' love. I cannot offer a more enthusiastic endorsement!

Overall a wonderful show. He kept the kids attention, and when you have around 150 kids in one room that is a hard thing to do! They were talking about the show for the rest of the day:) I wish the show could have been a little longer, but we have a smaller budget to work with than most.

He is very easy to work with and has a good show. He adds humor and does things to work with what you want and can afford.

Matt keep the entire audience, kids and adults, entertained and on the edge of their seats for the entire presentation. He then parlayed that into a clear presentation of the gospel that elicited the largest response we have had in 6+ years. Very impressed and have already contacted him about an upcoming community fellowship.

We had Matt Adams perform at our church for some underprivileged kids that come once a month to play with our teens. Matt was AWESOME! We had adults, teens and grade schoolers in the room, and we were all amazed. Many of our teens have seen Matt before but his shows are so entertaining and each so unique. I never thought you could so seamlessly incorporate the gospel presentation into a magic show, but it was phenomenal. THANK YOU!

Matt came to our outreach event and blew our minds! Not only is Matt an incredible illusionist he is excellent at presenting the gospel in a way that kids understand but doesn't undermine adult's intelligence. I would recommend him to anyone. On top of all that he's just a cool guy to hang out with.

Matt provided an exciting and fun filled show, that kept everyone entertained. You can tell he enjoys what he does and does it with a lot of passion. He involved and really connected with the audience. Ours was a church Upwards flag football celebration and he shared and presented the gospel in way any age can clearly understand. Highly recommend.

Matt Adams amazed the group with his awesome tricks. Young and old alike found him to be very entertaining. He was very personable and engaging. Most of his tricks really seemed to defy any resonable explanation. He was very professional. Matt was very easy to work with and we will likely be using him again for future events.

Matt Adams Magic provided the entertainment for our company picnic, and the event was a big success. As a warm-up, he did "walk-around" magic, consisting of up-close tricks and illusions for individuals and small groups. The main act was a 30 minute "small-group" show, where he provided everything he needed, including the PA system and background music. Our crowd was probably around 70-75 people. They loved the act, he involved kids and grown-ups alike, and everyone had a great time. I think the show was actually longer than the 30 minutes promised. I highly recommend Matt Adams Magic!

Matt's show was absolutely amazing! Everyone enjoyed every aspect of it. He was a joy to work with. Extremely professional. We will definitely book him again in th future.

Matt Adams performed for our group at our overnight camp for individuals with Asperger Syndrome. It was definitely a highlight of our camp experience. Matt was very professional and thorough in communication before the event. He arrived early. He was extremely entertaining and interactive with our audience. 5 stars!!!

This was our second time to have Matt Adams come to our VBS! His professional magic program is top notch and was enjoyed by adults as well as our children. We had Matt come do some shows in Thailand at a couple of churches, a market, and a mall. The people loved his shows and we couldn't have been happier with his performance. Excellent job and thank you for your professionalism!

Matt was very easy to work with in planning our event, which was an Upward Basketball end of season celebration. He kept me advised as to timing of the program, plans for both the beginning and ending, and communicated clearly what we could expect from his performance. We had many, many people tell us this was the best celebration performance ever. At the end of the program, Matt clearly presented the gospel for our audience and we had many lives touched and positive results seen.

We had Matt perform at our 16th Annual Christmas Children's Party and he did an amazing job! Everybody enjoyed the show and most importantly, people gave their life to Christ after he shared the Gospel!

Matt Adams was THE way to kick off our church school year. The day of the show, our church van was having troubles which threw the schedule off a little. But Matt was comfortable and flexible enough to work with us; he was as professional as they come. The illusions were magnificent, but Matt also has a wonderful stage presence. He is humorous and engaging; our church was blessed by his ministry among us.

Matt Adams performed his magic shows daily at the 2011 Northeast Alabama State Fair in Huntsville, Alabama. He did an incredible job for us and we were very pleased with his work. We also recieved alot of compliments from or patrons regarding his shows. Matt is very easy to work with and we look forward to continuing our relationship with him in 2012.

Matt performed for our Children's Ministry Back to School Party and did a wonderful job of entertaining an audience comprised of children and adults, as well as presenting the Gospel in a fashion that anyone could understand. He will definitely be invited back.

As the VBS director for our church I was searching the web for something different to close out our VBS this year. I came across Matt Adams Magic and read the reviews and decided to take the plunge. I'm so GLAD I did!!! I really wasn't sure what to expect but had high hopes that I was doing the right thing. WOW, was I ever. Matt's professional magic show far exceeded my expectations. It was a high energy program that left our children amazed and our adults scratching their heads in wonder. Everyone had good things to say about Matt. But as awesome as the magic was the best was yet to come as Matt clearly presented the gospel and prayed with over 20 children to receive Christ. It was fantastic, but the night wasn't over. To show the caliber of guy Matt is - even though he had a long drive back home that evening he took the time to counsel and pray with another young man. That speaks volumes to me as to Matt's commitment and passion. VBS directors, get in line and book Matt to come to your VBS. You will NOT be sorry, I promise. But, don't book him the same week as we are next year, because we want him back!!!!!!!!!!!!

Loved the staging turning my sunroom into a real magic show venue. Matt's illusions were perfect for the age group present, and we received many compliments on how great the show was from guests. I loved how he was "telling" us how he was doing the illusions and then yet still showing us that we had no idea how he was doing it. My son enjoyed being "levitated" as an illusion and part of the show.

Matt does it all! He made a flyer for us to advertise, he setup all the equipment, he takes it all down, he supplied an intro for our MC to use and then performed to EVERYONE's delight. The children said it was the best service ever. He inspired the children and we had two professions of Faith. He is a wonderful speaker and entertainer!

Mr. Adams did an excellent show for the children of our church. He was very organized and punctual, and was always quick to respond to any emails I sent while planning this event. The children and parents enjoyed the program he presented.

I absolutely loved working with Matt. His response time for all of our communications was AMAZING. Booking our event was very easy and Matt was a professional from beginning to the end. This luncheon was for a widows group and all the ladies were very impressed and really liked the show. Matt was very warm and friendly and was extremely adaptable and flexible with the event. I am already trying to figure out how to use him again.

Matt is an awesome entertainer. Matt provided us with an exceptional magic show along with an awesome gospel presentation. We had six children accept Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior(Praise God). I highly recommend Matt and his family for any type of entertainment event.

Matt was off the hook with his show. This man is talented. We had Matt come in for our Upwards Celebration Night. I have never seen 350 people be that quiet. They were glued to their seats. Once Matt was through with his show he went seamlessly into a presentation of salvation. At the invitation at the end of the show we had at least 50 kid that went to the alter. You could tell that Matt is a man how knows GOD and is not afraid to let people know about it. He will be back with us again.

I myself am a magician/juggler/balloon sculpter and i have worked several times with Matt Adams performing. I must say as a magician and over all guy he is clean cut, good character, and a crazy good performer. I have had the privilege to see him grow in his magic from almost day one and he passed me up a few good years ago. Everything from slight of hand to stage illusions. He has expanded his magic greatly in the last year and has included several "Vegas Level" illusions and is able to "WoW" even us magicians..

Matt did a fabulous job for us in providing illusions for a largely teenage audience. First of all, he arrived early and spent time mingling with our audience doing card tricks and illusions at their individual tables. Then, he took the stage and wowed us all with a show that had us all shaking our heads wondering "how did he do that." Finally, Matt closed his show with the most valuable act of the night for us- a clear, concise, presentation of the gospel of Jesus Christ (which we had asked him to do).

We first invited Matt to Community Baptist Church for our Awana kickoff back in August. He did such a great job entertaining and clearly communicating the Gospel (to an audience that included ages 2-70) that we invited him back to our Fifth Quarter event for youth in our area. Again, Matt did an amazing job. He kept everyone's attention with laughs and great illusions and was able to easily transition into sharing about Jesus Christ. Matt Adams gave a wonderful performance for the resident' monthly birthday party at Brookdale Place, Jones Farm. It was my mother's 100th. Residents, family and friends including my 101 year old father were present. It was an exciting, fun and versatile performance that communicated to all ages present..not an easy feat. Everyone had a great time. Matt is a superb professional in every way who entertained us with charm and skill. We recommend him highly for any occasion.
