I lived in Spain for a long time, in 2014 I moved to NYC where I lived for 6 years.
I worked in Manhattan, theater district, close to the Broadway shows.
I had the opportunity to work with the best bartenders and sommeliers and learned all I know about dining and bar experience.
I love what I do and I consider myself very good at it.
I am currently working at Between the trees, the restaurant at the Grand Bohemian Hotel in Greenville, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to do gigs and have time for myself.
