Overview
I have been playing piano and leading sing-alongs at parties, corporate events, and public venues for more than 30 years, including Friday nights at Jacob Wirth restaurant and Democracy Brewing in Boston. Wherever I play, songbooks can be distributed with the lyrics to more than 500 classic rock/oldies, show tunes, standards, and holiday songs. What to Expect
You can expect a great time, guaranteed. While I can play background music for your event, mainly classic rock/oldies from the 1950s-1970s, the event is greatly enhanced when the sing-along books are distributed, with lyrics to more than 500 songs. Guests singing around the piano add a great deal to a party. If a piano is not available, I can bring an electric keyboard. Influences & Inspiration
I was heavily influenced by the music of the 1950s-1970s, although I include standards, show tunes, and, in December, holiday songs in the set list.
Setup Requirements
No equipment is required, other than an electric outlet if I am bringing a keyboard.
