Meneses Strings provided beautiful music for the surprise 40th anniversary dinner for my wife. It was so enjoyable and calming. They were very easy to work with including the song list, adding a couple of special songs, coordinating timing so they were playing when we walked in. It made the night special and I would highly recommend them.

We are so very grateful for Alex’s violin playing for our small beach wedding and would absolutely recommend him for any event planner considering strings accompaniment! He was friendly, responsive, and accommodating during the planning process — which was brief because my decision to hire him was spontaneous (less than 2wks)! Because of his musical talent, skill, and professionalism, he accepted any song I threw at him (demonstrating his ability to read music if he didn’t already know or have experience with the song): from 1700s classical to various genres from the 1940s, 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s. Simply put, he’s one of my favorite details from the day. I hope the opportunity presents itself in the future (not a wedding!) where we are able to have him play again!

Alex played for my wedding and I received so many compliments for the romantic feel he brought to the atmosphere with the violin. He played every song I requested (of many different genres from modern to classical) and each were executed perfectly! I couldn’t recommend anyone better for special occasions, as I received so many compliments on our ceremony music. Alex is professional, kind, timely and accommodating with communication.
