I speak on topics that society has conditioned us to avoid-the taboo and stigmatic topics that keep us from our highest potential as humans. My goal is to help us achieve mental and emotional balance by increasing our knowledge through candid and honest discussion. Whether talking to teens who need to feel heard, parents who need guidance, or just people needing to laugh to heal from emotional pain, my goal is always expanded thought in order to take action for a desired outcome.
I am studied in the craft of comedy, and use laughter to buffer the serious topics. My skills as a mental health social worker provide the listener with therapeutic insight and support.
