We booked Michaela to play at my grandmother's 80th birthday and it was the best decision we could have made! She was exceptionally professional and communicative, she checked in several time before the party and made sure everything went off without a hitch. She showed up early and was extremely prepared, learning every single song we requested, and was so incredibly personable that she fit right in like family. Although she lives in CT, she was able to travel to Long Island to perform, which was so accommodating and kind.

As for her talent, it was all anyone could talk about! She played a variety of different genres and eras, but every single song was a crowd pleaser that fit the vibe of the party perfectly. She based her playlist around our requests and made sure to come prepared, and even did a few sing-alongs for the entire group. The party hosted around 40 people inside and outside our suburban home, and Michaela brought exactly the right equipment to make sure everyone could hear her without it being too loud, allowing people to listen and still converse and enjoy the party. She is an incredible entertainer aside from also being a gifted singer and guitarist.

She really helped make the evening one of the most special events ever for my grandmother, which is exactly what the family wanted for her. When everyone left, the first thing my grandmother said to me was "that was the best party I have ever been to," and it was thanks to Michaela. You cannot go wrong booking her for your event!

Michaela has been a fantastic addition to several events. Her repertoire is versatile, she is professional, always on time, sensitive to noise level, and a detail oriented musician. I have hired her for several events like private parties, senior homes, cocktail hours, and restaurants. She has provided live music in the form of duos, trios quartets, and with singers.
