Michael was a wonderful performer at our mother's funeral services. He was supportive from start to finish. We spoke on the phone regarding music and he guided us along with the in's and out's of communicating with the church. He communicated with the church's cantor to organize everything, which took a load off our shoulders. The day of service, Michael arrived early to practice with the churches cantors and performed beautifully! Everyone was floored by his voice. After the church services he came to the grave site and performed acapella. I couldn't have asked for a more lovely send off for my mom. Thank you Michael for bringing your professionalism, experience and support through this difficult time.

About michal...
Born in Italy, michal CASTALDO grew up in Canada and now lives in New York City. He says: "Life is not a cup to be drained, but a measure to be filled." He began filling his proverbial cup of life at an early age by studying voice with Maestro Nicola Pisapia, a protg of the great Italian operatic tenor, Enrico Caruso. He received further training at Berklee College of Music. What should you expect at michal's appearances? All solo vocal jobs include a professional PA system, DVD player and projection player. michal adds a themed ambiance to your event by screening classic Italian films and Visions of Italy as a backdrop to his track performances.

Micheal surpasses any entertainer we have ever worked with by far. We first chose Micheal for his beautiful voice and the heart that he brings to his performance. Micheal also recommended a wonderful String quartet - and managed all of our sound engineering so everything music-related was flawless. Micheal is extremely approachable- a consummate communicator and problem-solver. The 200 guests- including dignitaries, politicians and etc. we're touched deeply by Micheal's performance. What made this event a true success? It wasn't the beautiful flowers. Or the wonderful catering. Or the lavish tents. It was Micheal.
