Midtown Strings are a female-powered musician collective. We have experience providing entertainment from small weddings, cocktail hours and special backyard concerts to VIP weddings and luxury private parties.
Musicians in our collective have performed on some of the most important concert stages with current artists like Laufey, Jennifer Hudson, Ariana Grande, Michael Bublé, Stevie Wonder, Kygo, and more.
Blending elegance and musicality, we aim to enhance any event and will do whatever we can to make your vision happen. Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or an extravagant gala, this collective has got you covered.

I had Natalie and Julia play at La Dolce Vita in Detroit when I proposed to my wife. Natalie was great to work with and accommodated every request I had. She also took it upon herself to coordinate everything with the restaurant which made things much easier for me. Best of all their music was wonderful! They made our day more enjoyable than I could have imagined and I definitely plan on hiring them again for future events.

Natalie played the violin for our wedding ceremony. From the beginning Natalie was a pleasure to work with. She made her self very available to us and reassured us that we could contact her at any time with questions! She worked with us to create the ceremony of our dreams! After providing us with a list of music she could play, we asked her about a song that was not on the list. Natalie played the song we wanted and played it perfectly! She is both extremely professional and talented! Thank you Natalie!

Additional Booking Notes
We are able to provide officiant sound for ceremony as well as amplification for strings for cocktail hour for additional fees. Electric instruments will bring sound and that is included in the quote.

We are all classically trained musicians but we specialize in arrangements of popular non-classical songs - from pop to hip-hop to reggaeton to jazz - bringing a level of artistry and professionalism that your guests are sure to notice.
