We appreciate your positive feedback and the opportunity for our artist to Perform and do what they love to do! Also, we do provide equipment and all the materials needed to perform If we need to. You did ask if we needed a canopy due to the weather and the event being outside, we really appreciated the gesture. We just asked if you were able to provide the table and chairs as well since you were providing the canopy and, you agreed to doing so. This makes it easier for our artists to come out and do their best with their performance and they’re not bogged down with all the set up and work needed to be done with that prior to their performance in the hot weather. If any client needs us to Provide our own tables and chairs, that would never be a problem. We have everything needed to perform including a table and chairs. So hopefully in the future if that is a defining factor in the booking… We will provide the equipment. Most small parties that we attend or smaller events under 100 guest expected, it has never been a issue and every client has provided a space for us to perform as well as a table and chairs so we will take this into consideration in improving our services for future opportunities.
