My wedding attendees sincerely enjoyed listening to the steel drums while sipping on cocktails. He was supposed to be outside under a covered porch so everyone could hear, including the bridal party and family that were outside taking pictures... but do to mosquitos (despite prespraying/fogging) he had to move inside. But all those that heard him play truly enjoyed!

Mike Greer has been a professional musician since 1999, where his talents initially took him to the London West End stage as a member of the original London cast of Blast. He is currently an active performer in the Charleston area and beyond, specializing in all areas of percussion. Mike brings years of experience performing solo steel pan for wedding receptions, corporate events, or private functions. Along with being an active drum set player in the area, Mike is also the Principal Timpanist and percussionist with the North Charleston Pops orchestra. Mike holds a Bachelor of Music in Percussion Performance, a Master of Music in Percussion Performance, and a Master of Arts in Teaching.
