I saw Hit The Beach at the Braselton Beach Bash yesterday. They're a really fun band! They played lots of Jimmy Buffett-like stuff at the beginning and then switched to upbeat dance stuff. They even brought hula hoops! I'm looking forward to seeing them again.

Perfect for people who want a beach flavor but may also want some variety.
Specializing in great summer music offering a Jimmy Buffett tribute along with music from Kenny Chesney and other great beach/country music along with Carolina beach (Tams, Drifters) tropical dance (Hot, Hot, Hot, Mambo #5) reggae and great dance songs from the Bahamas. Also, a dance set featuring disco, Motown and 50s thru to current can be added.
Self contained with lights and sound equipment. Sound needs depend mostly on the area to be covered by the sound system. My typical setup can easily handle an area for up 100 to 200 people before extra sound equipment is needed.
