Authentic Louisiana flavored food will have you feeling like your at the French quarter, guaranteed your guest will enjoy our southern dishes like cajun jambalaya fettuccine , creole veggie spring rolls , creole gumbo & more!! We have an elegant vintage style 2021 10 ft. Custom built trailer with features like Sony sound speakers & lights up at night. We cater all events serving premium quality street food contact us for bookings.

This food truck comes to my apartment complex occasionally and I’ve enjoyed it every time. The food is great and Mika really does put her soul into her cooking. Taste for yourself. There is usually a bit of a wait for the food but it’s well worth it!

They misrepresented the menu item, said there was cruncy onions but nothing was there. Charged 15.00 for two salty shrimps on two slider buns. I will never order again.

Mika was wonderful and so helpful and went beyond to make sure everything was great. The food was a hit especially the veggie spring rolls and barbeque chicken skewers. She's so easy to work with and we recommend her highly!

There was a misunderstanding about the address of the house. It would have easily dealt with had I been carrying my phone on me, but I was too busy to notice. I did think that the cook would have been able to look up my address on Gig Salad. She did make it and set up well and was a pleasure to cook for all 22 of us. There was some confusion in the steaks being mixed up. We came up with a better system for keeping the steaks in order afterward. Had we made a person write their name on a plate in a color that corresponded to a colored tooth pick in the steak it would have been easier for the cook. Perhaps let her know that trick. Otherwise the steaks were great and everyone had a great time.
