Mill City Jazz

We had Mill City Jazz perform for a building opening event and they did an amazing job! Their sound was absolutely perfect for this event and they did a great job monitoring volume to create the perfect background music for our event. As a professional event coordinator, I would recommend them a thousand times over for any event!

The band sounded great and created the atmosphere we wanted for the cocktail hour at our wedding. We had several musicians as guests and they commented on how good the band sounded. Communication was very easy and the rate was reasonable at well. Highly recommend!!!

First, the communication prior to and during the event was easy and effective. The band members were warm, flexible, and responsive. They even accommodate a last minute request for my son to sing a song with them - gracious and open.

Second, the music quality was of the highest caliber - jazz standards arranged in fresh and artistic interpretations. If we gathered only to hear a live music performance, we would have been thrilled; to have this band provide the musical backdrop for an event - it was perfection. They hit all of the right notes!

Last, pricing for the trio was on the low end of the options we considered so the over all value was a steal!
