To expand a bit, MCCW interprets various American music traditions (country, folk, bluegrass, rock, jazz…) to bring you songs about real people. The Weenies trade off lead vocals and background harmonies, and strong musicianship on multiple instruments completes the unique Weenies sound.

All three members have long histories of performing in professional musical ventures. Missy (Miss Clairol - vocals, percussion) draws on her musical theatre and church music background to lend her expressive voice to torch songs, folk songs, and the blues. Greg (Spicy Weenie - guitar, bass, harmonica) returns to the stage after a brief hiatus from performing to provide soulful lead vocals, soaring harmonies and sweet guitar licks. Wayne (Big Weenie - guitar, bass, mandolin) contributes fingerstyle and flatpicked guitar as well as funbling through the occasional mandolin break.
