I hosted my yearly Memorial Day party with around 50+ family and friends. I wanted to enjoy myself and didn't want to be managing the buffet all day or solicit family members to do so. I called Miss Kim. Miss Kim and Kennedy were our servers and they were fantastic.
They were on time (although I wasn't). They walked through the doors ready to work (fully uniformed), needed very little direction, were extremely efficient, resourceful and personable. They helped with any and everything and washed all of the dishes. Everyone is still asking me who they were. They really helped to make the Memorial Holiday special and run smoothly. I would highly recommend them for events large and small. I just put in a request with GigSalad within a week and a half and the needs were met very well. I'd be very comfortable to book them to help with any size party, big or small. Highly recommended! Professional, hard working, excellent customer service, and very friendly. My brother will be having a 4th of July celebration and I recommended he hire Miss Kim's services. This company will definitely be my go to for every event I host!

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the "seemingly" lack of communication. You are always free to text if there are any questions, comments, or concerns. However, after booking, we don't make it a practice to bother or continually remind each and every client unnecessarily. After booking via Gigsalad, the client rightfully trusts our staff to do the job. We go over & beyond most expectations to give great service. If unable to come as contracted, the client can promptly receive a refund with no problem. Hopefully, our service was acceptable.
I can hardly explain how pleased I was with Miss Kim and her staff. They were extremely efficient, very friendly but professional, easy to work with and overall just terrific, in my opinion going above and beyond what was expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a well-organized waitstaff.

Miss Kim and Earl helped with our Thanksgiving dinner. When booking I received quick responses and they followed up the week before to confirm the time. They did a wonderful job getting the food ready to serve (even provided turkey carving tips), helped with dinner service, and did a great job cleaning up. I would definitely work with them again!
Miss Kim and Earl took over the kitchen and made sure the food was heated, served and replenished. And there was no mess to clean up post-party. Highly recommend them.
Staff was great! Nothing like having someone help you get the food out for a party. Kennedy and Kimyata helped cut lemons, limes and other foods for me. They also helped heat, plate and serve. I’m very glad they were able to help out this year for our Halloween party. I’m looking forward to hiring them next year.
Miss Kim and her staff were excellent! This is the second time they have helped me with a party and I couldn’t be more pleased. They are kind, efficient and organized. I will use them every time I have a function if they are available.
Great service and very reasonably priced
Mr Earl and his team were amazing. The lady of the team I forgot her name. She was super helpful she helped with the lobster cooking and prep. Miss Kim services is my 4th Time hiring them and they are always go above and beyond. Thank you miss Kim

Miss Kim and Mr. Earl helped us with setting up, serving and cleaning up at our home for a Christmas dinner celebration with family. They arrived on-time and were pleasant, courteous, and gratuitous to us and our family. The best part was they were present without being noticed. A huge time saver, and for the first time in a long time we were just able to enjoy the festivities. Hire them and you WILL NOT be disappointed.
I am very pleased with Kennedy and Kim helping me out with my Halloween Party.
They helped out with anything in the kitchen I had asked. From mashing potatoes to steaming broccoli. Putting together salads putting out food and cleaning up. They were a huge help for me. Next year I’ll hire them for maybe four or five hours. Great job!
The 2 servers that were assigned to my event were great. Although I was a bit behind, they were there on time and ready to work. They were there to do anything I needed them to do. I don't know the food industry well so when asked about something, the older server was able to offer suggestions.
Timely and professional as always.

Miss Kim and her team were very helpful during our wedding reception. They worked collectively to run everything smoothly during our event. Our buffet was kept tidy and was replenished as needed. They even went the extra mile to help clean our serving spoons, pack up the remaining kitchen items, and tossed our trash so we wouldn't have to worry about it at the end of our night. They did a wonderful job and would definitely book again for future events. Thank you!

The staff was fine but not very polished and didn't take initiative. I also tried calling the company multiple times the day of my event and no one answered the phone/responded to my calls or texts. It would have been helpful to touch base about final details and confirm everything day-of. I was thankful to have the help for the event but would not hire from this company again.

First & foremost, we apologize for any miscommunication/inconvenience. However, please keep in mind we are WAITSTAFF only, and according to our staff, our workers were asked to perform things that were not within the duties of Waitstaff, i.e. cleaning the bathroom, cooking the food, going to the store (two times) at night in an unfamiliar area, etc. Because we aim to please our customers, we did all of this as requested and instructed by the client. However, thank you for the opportunity to serve you, and hopefully you will give us the chance to serve you again.
The staff was helpful and pleasant to have around. They responded well to changes and did it with grace. 10 out of 10. Highly recommended!

We had to pivot to a heated tent for our small wedding dinner at the very last minute. We hired Miss Kim about two weeks before the wedding to serve the meal to our guests, and they were wonderful! Miss Kim was very responsive, thorough, professional and easy to work with. We knew we'd be in good hands with Miss Kim and her team, and our wedding night went so smoothly! I'd highly recommend Miss Kim!

Ms. Kim arrived early, was extremely professional and competent, and smartly dressed. She brought her own server’s jacket, helped extensively with the set up and clean up, and was just great with engaging the guests and serving them from the kitchen. She’s intelligent, had a great work ethic, and personality. I would highly recommend Ms. Kim for any and all engagements.

Can say enough about Miss Kim and here staff I was blown away by the level of service and how courteous and super nice/humble her staff is. Many many many thanks from us and all our guests. We did not have one worry during our event and made the backyard event feel like a five star restaurant.

2 servers were hired for NYE and they did an amazing job staging the desserts, assembling, heating and phasing the passed appetizers and cleaning up after. Very professional and personable.

After months of planning my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary (130ppl), the waitstaff we had hired cancelled 2 days before the event. I turned to GigSalad in the hopes that we’d find adequate staff and what we found was above and beyond what we expected at the last minute. I was extremely happy with the service Miss Kim and her staff provide for our wedding. They were courteous to our guests and things went smoothly. I highly recommend using this service.
We hosted a graduation party for our daughter on Saturday, July 14th. It was an outdoor party with a Hawaiian Luau/Caribbean theme and had about 100 relatives, friends and neighbors who popped in throughout the day. With the iffy weather until mid-morning, we didn't know what to expect. We borrowed canopies from neighbors to go along with the frame tent to shelter from the elements. The rains eventually stopped for good and it was all-hands on deck drying off and finish setting up for the event which officially started at 2PM. Miss Kim and her team arrived promptly at noon and hit the ground running with the preparations, often working side by side with aunts, uncles, cousins to get everything party-ready for the start. They did a wonderful job staging the various catered food and dessert options throughout the day. They made sure everything was clean, presentable and appealing and managed the process well, including waste/garbage removal. At 6 PM, we broke down the food stations and started the clean up and packing food for some guests to take home. At 8 PM, they left us in good hands to continue on.
We greatly appreciated Miss Kim's fantastic service at our daughter's party! It was a wonderful success thanks to their hard work and professionalism! Our friends and family all had a great time and commented specifically on how wonderful they both were! We also appreciated the personalized gift and message to our grad and our family! We definitely recommend Miss Kim's services to others.
