Mixtape performs danceable hits by all your favorite artists from the 1950s through the present day. We combine live instruments with professional backing tracks and the most dynamic female vocalist on the Central Coast to produce the best dance music on the Monterey Peninsula. We’re jamming the top 40’s, Classic Rock, Soul, Old-School R&B, Funk, and Pop playlist that has something for everyone!
We hired Mixtape for an Anniversary party we had for my in-laws. Wow! These guys really made our event special. Everyone raved about the band, and asked me how I found them. What a gem! They were very professional, easy to work with, affordable, sounded awesome, and even, learned 2 songs for us that were meaningful to my in-laws. We could have easily made a playlist and rented a sound system, but having REAL musicians that are TRULY skilled and an AMAZING vocalist singing all the hits was just amazing; it made our Anniversary event really unique and unforgettable. These guys aren't just a hobby, garage band; they really know their stuff, and Sasha, the lead vocals, is record worthy. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat; you'd be lucky to have them at your event!

We are a dance band that can engage the attendees/audience and move them to dance floor. We generally start off with a slower set to allow guests/audience a chance to settle in and feel comfortable before driving the beat. We can provide MC services if required as well.
We need at least 2 outlets in the setup area. We will offer discount if venue/client has a sound system that meets our requirements, We must examine the system at least 72 hours prior to the event to apply discount.
