We had a small dinner party and all of our guests raved about how great the drinks were! The service was impeccable! She was essential to making our night a breeze by handling all the cocktails so we cook and spend time with our guests!!!

It is most common for people to note my beautiful smile when they first meet me and the second thing they notice is my warm and friendly personality. This is because I am a people person and customer service has always come naturally to me.
Beginning in the 90s while employed in the food/beverage industry in South Florida, I gained an appreciation for the quality and quantity of service-go above and beyond customer satisfaction.
Later, I would sharpen those skills after receiving my certifications in massage therapy where I would apply those characteristics of quality and quantity service to my own business as a massage therapist.
It was my extensive client retention that allowed me to understand what and how what I was doing was 'right.' What I understood is that my clients could have chosen anyone for massage service, but it was the quality of service that I provided that kept them coming back year after year.
Currently, I am still employed as a service provider as an educator, and my clients are students, who can be some of the toughest clients to satisfy yet, somehow I still am able to satisfy.
I personally strive to give excellent service no matter what capacity I am employed. And that is what you can expect from me. To be on time for your event, to treat each and every one of your guests with the utmost promptness, friendliness, and respect. And finally, when you reflect on me and your event, your smile is as big, bright, and beautiful as mine.
