As an Author & Storyteller, she writes to ignite seeking to extract the treasure within herself to master extracting nuggets of gems lying dormant in her audience, so they can live their best life yet, effortlessly. As a leader, she is well diverse in both her educational experiences and professional career; having worked in Publishing, Film, Television, Education, Social Service, and Non-Profit, Daphne is a well rounded Speaker & Entrepreneur that has finally found her voice in sharing, promoting and teaching others how to find their voice & value it as they enjoy the experiences on their journey in order to finish strong.

Starting Junior College the same day she graduate High School, Daphne thrives and seeks the best in every situation thereby believing that the Universe works in her favor. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y, she has survived many hard-aches & now she uses her struggles at surviving her childhood to teach to reach, empower during each hour while strategically teaching other ways to celebrate the hurdles along with each victory along the way while learning through the detours, and thus planning an escape route if you're ever thrown off course by life, and living during the process of legacy living.

As a servant of The Most High, Daphne D Williams is Motivated Beauty- from the inside out. Growing up she never felt Motivated Beautiful because she rarely heard influential words of encouragement, but the opposite, so she made a decision that her latter would be greater than that of her informative years.

Seeking to be the influence oppose to feeling sorry for all she survived, so Daphne decided from an early age that she would Mentor girls by becoming a Published Author. The journey had been steep, but well worth all the steps to her exodus from the agony to overcoming shyness, the shame of her story to teaching to reach the things she has pushed pass to outlast those who cursed her, beat her, mentally abused her, sexually abused her and verbally abused her.

The main thing that Daphne loves to teach is loving yourself, mastering innovative ways to mind your business and finding freedom through entrepreneurship. Revisiting her past hasn't been easy by any means, but worth the experience, the physical and mental pain.

Strategically, Daphne used learning and acquiring multiple College Degrees to pay herself back from the consistent abuse, thus focusing on pulling out the lessons from each experience to beat the odds and not wind up a statistic hooked on medications or locked within an institution.

All the agony she faced made her become the thought leader she is today, hence she uses it to teach girls to avoid being the mean girl she has conditioned herself to remember it all differently. She uses her gifts of Speaking to inspire by sharing her voice, her stories of hope, keeping the faith despite the hand you've been dealt.

Daphne is in love with the idea of love, and thus she seeks to consistently create a happy ending; learning to remember it all differently by honing in on the four major steps that she teaches her Youth Mentee's, Audience, Followers, Connections, and Business Clients - walk on purpose while strategically growing towards Becoming Who You Already Are.

With four (4) College Degrees, Daphne was shoved into Entrepreneurship through writing well and storytelling as a Copywriting Master. Her love of words saved her life through writing poetry, stories of survival from all the battle scars and transformational stories of hope on ways she made it through being unemployed, thus divinely identifying her voice.

Now Daphne teaches both the Teen girls that she Mentors, Youth, Young Adults, and Small Business Owners that she Consults and Coaches how to leverage their pain to begin to profit and live a life of purpose through Effective Organizational Skills, Increasing Your Digital Footprint, Digital Publishing, Building Brand Equity, Business Development from Ideation to Creation to Launch, and finally closing the sale with eCommerce, Vision Board Workshops, Leveraging Social Media, Hashtag Marketing, and Time Management tools. Who Am I? Where do I want to go? How do I plan to get there? What vehicle(s) will I use to obtain, implement while taking massive action to successfully achieve all my goals? She graduated from Borough of Manhattan community College in New York City with an Associated Degree in Applied Sciences with a Major in Early Childhood Education while working three jobs maintaining a 3.1 GPA.

Pursuing her dreams of working with the New York City Board of Education System as an Educational Associate/Assistant Teacher, years later she became frustrated with the politics of the Broken N.Y.C Educational System, and branched off to obtain an HONORS Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Sciences with a 3.8 G.P.A where she focused on Social Science Research.

While working several jobs, Daphne resigned from New York City Board of Education based on faith and was hired to work as a Youth Computer Instructor, Assistant College Administrator and another dream job as an Associate Editor and Contributing Writer for Harlem Community News where she blossomed as a newly Published Journalist.

All while remaining sane on purpose. While in graduate school, Daphne faced many personal obstacles, but it didn't keep her from graduating as a Presidential Scholar obtaining a 3.3 G.P.A with a Master Public Administration in Policy and Strategic Planning with a focus on Grant Writing and Non-Profit Development.

Through all her difficult moments in Graduate School, like always Daphne managed to complete a Masterfully Done (Quoted by her Thesis Professor with a grade of an A), 300-page thesis on Wellness & Nutrition with the mission to eradicate Obesity in youth something she struggled with as a child. As a Grant Researcher and advocate for youth, she begin partnering with Medical Doctors and Health Professionals implementing the findings that she researched much earlier.

Consistently pursuing her dreams of having her own business, in 2008, Daphne's wellness company was funded by an Invitation Only Grameen Foundation & Grameen America from Nobel Peace Prize Winning Dr. Muhammad Yunus. In pursuit of her MBA in Media Management, Daphne dreamed of Incorporating another one of her visions for empowering youth and started a Teen Girls organization based around Entrepreneurship, Self-Esteem, Public Speaking, Empowerment, Social Service, Mentoring, Publishing, Wellness, Internet Marketing, and Film.

She has a real passion to develop Youth mindsets by inspiring and mentoring them since she was a teenager herself who struggled with a lot of the same challenges Teenagers face today, but on a wider scale because of Social Media, so she teaches Youth about starting and controlling the conversation and monitoring their Digital Footprint. She loves Speaking to Youth, their Parents, Schools, Colleges & Organizations to share her passion for living your best life yet by designing your future; flaws and all no matter what.

Bold with confidence, she shares her wisdom by teaching the youth on ways to utilize their transferable skills to establish & brand themselves to design their legacies. Through blogging, she shares her voice, and passion with the world to teach ways to be & do better by living without excuses; thus, destroying the box folks attempt to place here in.

She refuses to believe in the limits a box provides, so she believes there is no box. Despite where you come from, you can have the life you want by first believing that ImPOSSIBLE -> READS: I'M POSSIBLE oppose to buying into the it's NOT POSSIBLE routine many Mentors, Teachers, Parents, Friends, and Guardians teach often unaware of the harm they're causing.

The main thing, I am proud of is that I made it out of my own limiting doubts, fears and misguided negative talk to finally believe in the power of me. Push the envelope while sealing it with your own fate & faith despite the darts thrown my (your) way.

Consistently reminding myself that I matter, your dreams are important, relevant, and can be obtained & most pivotal is I am enough, and since I teach to reach because that’s rare. Teaching Youth to celebrate their ideas and give birth to them all. I am a seed of hope, faith, survival, renewal, and sadly some threw me away with the thought that I wasn't good soil to invest (pour into).

Through this journey called life, I have been felt a few blows both literally and figuratively, and through those processes, I learned (teach it to) to water my own gifts as I believe in my own ideas. Knowing your worth is imperative. Both youth and adults are powerful and I show them how to own it by avoiding the distractions, and the limiting belief that you are not worthy of being significantly successful regardless of what you survived.

One of my goals here on earth is to teach youth & adults that you are good enough, you do matter, we are listening because you do have something to say and we all need to not only hear it, but listen then apply it.

I AM ENOUGH, YOU ARE ENOUGH & THE WORLD IS WAITING FOR YOU TO SHOW UP READY AWAITING FOR YOU TO GIVE TO LIVE, SOW TO GROW, FLOW IN YOUR GIFTS TO PLANT WHERE THE ENEMY ATTEMPTS TO SIFT.

Never think that your tears make you weak, so while others fall asleep on life, I employ you to WAKE Up, live it, go get it, establish it, revamp it, and leverage it while showing up for yourself along with others that you fit in with because you belong here in this space and moment for a reason.

Tell your story, share your voice, give it a choice to be heard, and write it on your terms. Perform to your own beat as you toot your own horn, but remain humble with confidence.

Survival teaches you to be transparent, authentic, and of integrity, thus with those attributes life isn't against you (as I once thought), but open’s its arms whether you are reigning on the mountain or learning within the valley; knowing that the peak is in eye view and it is vital to keep your focus, breathe, smile, keep your joy and inhale life while exhaling purpose; walking with a confidence that can't be compromised or abused. It is not only time to live out loud and in color with the sound turned way up, but renewed in a love affair with you.

When presenting it is important to me to have an open invitation that includes hands on materials that is applicable, and can be utilized at home too. I believe that a lot of people learn by doing, well for me I learn by doing, trying, completing projects within a group or solo. It brings me pleasure to share all of what I have learned by teaching simple strategies that can be easily implemented, measured, and monitored. What I have been blessed to acquire as a skill embedded within me as a child, which I use to despise is the ability to serve others well while having the capabilities to influence them with motivation through the words I write and tips I teach in the form of recipes.
